love the tea but have a severe dairy allergy and employee just scooped whipped cream off and gave me the same drink instead of remaking. I also mentioned the allergy before she took the drink to the back to "fix" it
I have been going here for 2 years and they never disappoint! My main drink I get is the Creme Brulee Boba Latte, and it is always so good! I have also gotten the passion fruit drink with popping boba and it was delicious! You seriously cannot go wrong with anything here. The staff are also very kind and always understand if you need some extra time to order. I really enjoy this store but was very disappointed today when I ordered two drinks and they were basically the same drink (one with boba and one without) but made by two different people. The one who made mine forgot to put ice in it and put the plastic on it and when I asked if there was ice in it, the response was, “no there isn’t. Is that okay?” To which I said no it’s not okay. And instead of starting over or at least pouring out enough of the drink to put the ice...
