Good food, it’s a shame they continuously forget at least 1 item each order. If you order door dash, good luck getting everything you ordered.

This was my first time trying Fat Shack and I ordered food to go. Normally when you get food for pick up, it’s not prepared like if you were to dine in. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and nicely put together. The buns were perfect and every fixin was proportioned exactly as they should be. The sides were great as well. I’m not sure of the dudes name but he was working Wednesday night around 8:30 and he killed it. We will be back!

Made the mistake of ordering a burger online. Received acknowledgment that it would be ready at 12:30. Got there at 12:30 and they hadn’t even started the two orders ahead of me yet. Fine, no problem. Got my food and went home. Got home, and the patties on the burger were actually burnt black and were crunchy when I tried to bite into them. Pretty disgusting. I would have preferred medium-rare but the online ordering system doesn’t ask how you would like it. And the burger was over $18. Fries weren’t too bad. But I’m still never going back.
Dude, what a great experience. Took the wife to get some lunch. Eric helped us out. Made some great suggestions our food to perfection and had awesome customer service on top. Will definitely be coming back here.
