10/10 for late night food! I ordered a 20 piece wing meal with drinks and fried oreos.

Made the mistake of ordering a burger online. Received acknowledgment that it would be ready at 12:30. Got there at 12:30 and they hadn’t even started the two orders ahead of me yet. Fine, no problem. Got my food and went home. Got home, and the patties on the burger were actually burnt black and were crunchy when I tried to bite into them. Pretty disgusting. I would have preferred medium-rare but the online ordering system doesn’t ask how you would like it. And the burger was over $18. Fries weren’t too bad. But I’m still never going back.

The food is a greaseball nasty mess of sauce so thick the whole sandwich is a soggy mess. I couldn't even finish it and I paid a lot of money through Uber eats for it. There was no redeemable feature to our order in any way and I am going to do a workout now to get the grease I did try to eat out of my system. Soooo nasty...

Fat Shack was a participant in the Colorado Springs WingFest, and they featured a buffalo parmesan wing that was really good. Unfortunately, it's not on the menu at the actual restaurant. But we got a basket of wings, fries, and some sandwiches, all of which were very good. The real highlight was the selection of sandwiches, which aren't your typical fare. They're ridiculous (in a good way!) I believe ours had Philly cheesesteak, mozzarella sticks, french fries, and chicken fingers on it. YUM!
