Chicken was over cooked and had zero flavor. Wife ordered wings and got chicken tenders instead. None of the sauces where good. One of the ranch tasted like it had gone bad. The lady who took our order was rude and unfriendly with us. Two meals and two water bottles was almost 50 dollars. Not worth it at ALL.

Great food and service! However, I did notice that the girl who took my order was alone. She was literally doing everything, taking orders, answering the phone, making the food. It just doesn’t sit right with me that she was doing everything, she should at least have another employee with her.

Ordered a sandwich with custom additions etc. Did not come with any of the additions i was charged extra for, and the other sandwich was the entirely wrong one altogether. This is not the first time this has happened at this location either.

So damn good, some of the best food in the springs. The sandwich was fatty and over the top in the best way possible. The milkshake was to did for and the funnel cake bikes were good!
Food was decent, but I told the guy at the register three times I wanted onion rings, still gave me fries.

I walk in to pick up my order and the employee tells me she can’t make me a shake right now, that is one of the reasons I go here, and I said, Oh you can’t? She said I am working on that right now. She then says, you want something else, and opens the soda refrigerator. I said no, I actually don’t want something else. Then she just stands there and stares at me? Doesn’t offer any refund or anything! I said, so what now, are you going to give me a refund? She is still staring at me and says, I can do that, closes the soda refrigerator door and walks away! So I left. Get home, the order is wrong, cold and not edible. Very disappointed , I have gotten food here a lot for my family and friends in the past. Past meaning, I will NEVER go here Again! Terrible service, Terrible Food and No Refund!!!!!!!!!

The woman cashier slash cook, didn't wash her hands to cook. She messed up my order, even though she read my order back to me, (no biggie), proceeds to take my money and gets to work. She does wear gloves, but gloves are dirty the second you touch them with clean hands...common sense.
The fried food was barely fried.
The fried oreos are smack...but how do you goof that up.
HERRRRE'S WHY THE LOW RATING: $19.××, $17.×× without tax for a 9" sandwich!!!!!!! And the food is basic now! 5-6 years ago, the beesknees. Almost worth $20 for a funsized sandwich. It's pitiful.
In their defense, it is the best service I've received there. However she did toast my bread then throw on meat directly from the cooler.

Came at 10:30pm and Bundy and O'Ryan were absolutely amazing. Their vibes were immaculate and service was fast and the food was amazing. 10/10 would come again.
