I came in during their lunch rush and they were swamped. They said the food was going to take 20 Ish minutes. I received my food in about five minutes,the staff was so nice. The restaurant was very clean.
Hands-down, best service I’ve had in a long time.

Man, I miss when these guys used to be in Littleton back in the day! I come down to the Springs nearly every year for CSCC, and each time I take advantage of having Fazoli's close by again and eat here all 3 days of the con. Their breadsticks are seriously the best I've ever had in my life and have well stood the test of time. Olive Garden's got nothing on them. Usually get the spaghetti w/ marinara & strawberry Italian Ice too, which is equally delicious. For a fast food style place, they really keep the quality you'd expect at any give Italian restaraunt. As for the service you can tell everybody works hard to give you the best experience, and they even gave me a free cookie last time when it was taking a little bit longer than usual. Five stars all around, everytime :)

Manager David was exceptionally nice and cheerful during our visit. It is refreshing to see someone enjoying their job and making it pleasant for the customers.

The entire staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our entire experience at Fazoli‘s in the Cheyenne Mountain Center Plaza on Monday night. Not only was our food delicious, but we felt very respected and cared for by the staff. Congratulations on being the best Fazoli’s in the world. We felt like VIPs.

Tried Fazoli's with my wife and child for the first time. Staff friendly as can be very inviting. Told David the GM that this in fact was our first time. He was patient and so helpful. Food quality for a franchise was tops and very delicious menu. Everything was somicely prepared and presented . We will be returning. Kudos to a great team and delicious food.
