My family and I enjoyed the meals we ordered from the Austin Bluffs Fazolis restaurant. The chicken carbonara was seasoned very well. We also enjoyed the baked tortellini. The customer service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Thank you to the evening restaurant staff.
Wow I understand that new people can make a mistake but when the manager doesn't know how to do a refund and then talks bad about that employee behind her back. Now I know why I haven't been there in years.

Brie was a fantastic cashier/waitress. She kept checking on us and bringing us breadsticks! Jamal is also very friendly every time we come in. Everyone seems to enjoy serving and the food is also yummy!

We went to Fazoli's on Austin Bluffs for lunch with a large group of people (19). The staff, Josh, Bree and Budda greeted us right away and were very accommodating. Great energy from everyone working at the restaurant. Some of the foods eaten were ziti, tortellini, salad, chicken alfredo, and of course, breadsticks. Everyone emptied their plates. We will definitely be back!. Thank you for your hospitality!
