Normally don't have a problem Went through the drive thru, received the incorrect dish, was given the wrong dessert, and as I was handed a drink that immediately exploded in my hand he warned me after the fact. Not the service I usually get, maybe they were having an off night bit still

Jaylea and Elizabeth were incredible. This is hardly fine dining but both of these employees went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We came in after an exhausting day of house projects and we were met with great fast-casual service. Thanks for dinner!

The staff was very professional and friendly, everything that I ordered was there, and one of the staff helped me to my car with my order. The food was delicious. I will definitely go back to Fazoli’s.

A group of around 10 people dined in. The bring out the first meal. By the time they bring out the second meal, the first person was done eating. Three of us had to wait almost an hour for our food. This was not FAST food. My friend ordered 5 wings and they only brought out 4. The cook could not even count to 5!! The spicy baked ziti was an assault to the senses. Each spoonful essentially tased like a dry scoop of chilly powder.
The service was so unorganized that I would genuinely pay money to see what was going on in that kitchen. Was there any method to how they made anything?

My family and I enjoyed the meals we ordered from the Austin Bluffs Fazolis restaurant. The chicken carbonara was seasoned very well. We also enjoyed the baked tortellini. The customer service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Thank you to the evening restaurant staff.
Wow I understand that new people can make a mistake but when the manager doesn't know how to do a refund and then talks bad about that employee behind her back. Now I know why I haven't been there in years.
