We had a party of nine. The service was slow and the food wasn’t very good. There was an awful smell around the soda fountain. There was plenty of room for sitting. The staff was friendly.

It is a bit spendy for a fast food place. And buyer beware; if you ordered the sauteed mushrooms they are not fresh mushrooms they are canned mushrooms! Never in my mind did I expect canned mushrooms when ordering sauteed mushrooms!

My hubby convinced us to stop here as a nostalgic treat and I’m glad we did! As far as fast food goes this was way better than Olive Garden and many other quick options nearby.
What really stood out however is the customer service. Bria was fantastic! She was very kind, friendly and helpful. She really enhanced our experience along with the gentleman who served our food and took our order.
5 stars for them both alone!

Christmas Eve dinner win!.... I was looking for a place that would not make my wallet sad but I could have a nice sit-down meal with my kid and Fazoli's was perfect. The prices are so reasonable the atmosphere is super comfortable the food is genuinely so good and the girl working I believe her name is Zariah was so kind and so helpful to not only us but everybody who came in especially the people who came in right before they closed. My daughter said that was the best pizza and she was so thankful towards the chef. It was my first time trying stuffed shells and it was absolutely amazing. Anyone looking for good quality mase with intention comfort food that won't break the bank Fazoli's is such a solid choice and I will definitely be back the next time I decide to eat out because I know I won't regret spending my money there.

Went in to grab some food with my brother and mom. Haven't eaten there in a hot min. The food was definitely better than I remembered last time. It also seems like they increased their portion sizes. Staff was friendly and the bread sticks were hot. Over all a good experience

We hadn't been to Fazoli's for years until a couple weeks ago and it was even better than ever, the food was fantastic. The breadsticks perfect, shells amazing, fettuccine fresh and hot, and the best iced tea of any fast food provider. The young woman who helped us, Elizabeth, is just the best - - personable and professional.

Took the family out on a drive to look at Christmas lights and decided to stop in on a whim. Glad we did! Toddler had a great time, staff was so friendly and accommodating, food was great and we had plenty of leftovers for later. Will be back soon!

The food is just okay. The bread sticks were not their normal buttery garlicy bread sticks. Dry, less butter, less garlic than normal. The food was warm, but not hot. The dining room was ridiculously hot. Prices are good. The bathroom is cringe.

I always enjoy going to this Fazolis. The staff make it a pleasurable experience every time. Willis was especially nice this time. He brought our food and offered us the parmesan. I didn't have to ask. The food is always good and they have great offers. My mom and I had the baked spaghetti with meatballs. Always good.

Ordered online to pick up, got there 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time and the food was already ready. Normally that kind of wouldn't have been a bad thing but seeing as it's sitting in a warmer all bagged up and I was 15 minutes early then I thought I was going to be That's a long time to be sitting under warmers then I open it and everything taste like it's been sitting under warmers for a while sauce was half dry breadsticks were soggy I literally threw my entire order away after two bites I couldn't do it
