The name is confusing because the menu shows Los Velas #2 when I ordered. Birria is their specialty. The Quesabirria is excellent. It's literally cheese, tortilla, cheese, beef, cheese, tortilla and 2 of them stacked. It comes with a soup for dipping. This is enough food and calories for a whole day and then maybe eat a salad the next day. The birria tacos are excellent. The Pazole soup is very good with hominy and fall off the bone pork chunks and bones. Service is quick. Gloves not used for food prep.

A friend and I stopped in and ordered the street Tacos and we agreed they were the best we had. Our server Kevin went above and beyond as a server and we appreciated the “mamas” in the kitchen as well. The chips and salsa were THE BEST we have had and we explore many different Mexican restaurants. We will plan to dine there as often as we visit the Springs and we already informed our families about this amazing place. We expect it to get busier as people discover this little gem. Thank You!

Menudo tastes like last weeks reheat. Bacon, egg potato scramble was just ok. Most disappointing were the beans. They were orange and tragic. Coming from Los Angeles and Houston, we have yet to find good Mexican food in the Springs.

Sadly I was disappointed ?I have previously gone to Felipe’s multiple times before because I love their tamales. But when I went to kick my craving they were not what I remembered AT ALL. I got chicken and pork tamales and the pork ones were wrapped in paper towels and completely dry like I thought I was given chimichangas on accident. The chicken tamales were not in as bad condition but the ends were still dry and they were likely saved by the chile they’re smothered in. And the green chile or whatever everything is smothered in is very tasty but it was maybe lukewarm if that. So if you don’t mind likely wasting money on a meal give it a shot but everything about the food is questionable now.

This place has great food! Ive ordered from them twice this week already. The nachos and guac were a real treat. Seriously, the chips are exceptional. I just got breakfast from there and my biscuits and gravy were wonderful. The prices are very reasonable too. I'm super picky and have been pleased with everything.

I visited Felipe Got It today and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! I ordered the breakfast skillet with sausage. It was gross!! The green chili on top was not hot and the cheese did not melt. It was warm not hot!! There couldn't of been more then one egg in the whole dish. This felt like I was being ripped off! Who only puts one egg in a dish? The egg that was in the meal was burnt. The sausage was grey and tasted like it was ready to spoil. I couldn't eat this as I was worried I might get food positioning, so I left and had to buy a decent breakfast elsewhere. This upset me though that I spent over $12.00 on this meal and had to pay another restaurant more money just to be able to eat today. This makes me upset because I don't have the money for this, not to mention they don't even tell you that they are charging you to use your bank card there. I will never go this restaurant again! I would rate Felipe Got It with no stars but the website doesn't allow you to do that. So I will only say that this was a horrible experience.

I am loyal customer and I always order from here or eat here I’m very disappointed my plate had Harley any eggs or potato and no flavor just plane. When I spoked on the phone with the manager he thought all I was interested was for my money back to talk to Uber eats that’s not what I was calling for I was calling to let them know that how my food came out It seem like he did not care mentioning to call Uber eats more than ones I will never eat here again or order from here again I expected better service from them

My husband was getting a haircut this morning at a place next door to "Felipe Got It". I was waiting in the car while he was getting a haircut and I looked up and saw the restaurant. I went online to review their menu. I decided to order the Felipe Wrap to go. My husband and I split the wrap when we got home and we still have some left. The wrap has ham, bacon and chicken and the bacon is cooked crispy which we like. Their portions are very generous and the meats are high quality. We have eaten at many Mexican restaurants in the five years we have lived here and Felipe Got It is probably one of the best for quality, quantity and price. We will definitely be going back there soon to try some of their other items.
