Came in on taco burger day. Was a little late close to close but the staff took it like champs and the service was amazing. If I had known what exactly the taco burger looked like I would have ordered 10! Even ordering 2 and fries I wanted more! Alas, they were closed…and yet the staff continued to take care of my people and I assisting with getting more condiments and refills. Enjoyed the mountain sunset and a great meal thanks to Felipe’s! BTW love your Facebook ads!

I love burgers. And this place has some decent burgers. The Sombrero Burger with that over easy egg and sour creme. Bro. Absolutely delicious. Side of fries and house made ranch or cheese sauce for dipping. Appetite suppressed.

We had an amazing experience at Felipe’s 109 Taco Burger food truck! I never would’ve thought to put a burger inside a taco, but it totally works—and it was fantastic!
Our family has several people with celiac, and we also deal with other food allergies—so eating out is usually stressful. But Felipe's 109 went above and beyond. He explained his cross-contamination protocols clearly, has a dedicated fryer on the truck, and even looked up specific ingredients to make sure our son could eat safely (avoiding soy and nuts). His kindness and patience meant a lot.
We also really appreciated the green chili—it had the perfect amount of heat, even for someone like me who doesn’t love spicy food. So flavorful without being overwhelming!
I love that he was set up at the kids’ baseball games, just hanging out and supporting Little League. It says a lot about who he is and what his business is about.
We haven’t been to his restaurant yet, but we were seriously impressed with the food truck. We’ll definitely be back! (For others with dietary concerns: the only items that aren’t gluten-free are the buns and queso, and everything else is kept very separate. Cooking protocols are clearly on point—we would’ve gotten sick otherwise, and we didn’t!)
