You can tell this is real food, the meat could be seasoned more BUT that does not take away from the combination of flavors esta MUY DELICIOUS! The staff speak their native language and it's the most amazing thing! I tried to practice and made a fool of myself I'm sure lol but how thrilling for someone who is wanting to learn the language!! If you are studying Spanish, you should stop by! At least for an appetizer
Absolutely the BEST Mexican food we've ever had! My family and I eat here almost every week because it's just that good. The flavors are amazing, the portions are generous, and everything is always hot and fresh. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming—it’s like visiting family every time. And do not skip the hibiscus margarita… it’s honestly the best thing you’ll ever have. Fiesta Jalisco is our go-to spot in Colorado Springs, and we recommend it...
