Fillmore Pizza Kitchen

This is posted December 2025. We were informed by the front desk staff that the restaurant was closed last month so unfortunately we weren't able to try it.

Great place for pizza last year. Closed this year but go into best western plus Fillmore bar they will set you up with a Pizza

It's not open any more.

The food on pizza buffet was awful. The price was ridiculous! The servers were at least friendly.

Can't really leave a review. Called for pick up and was told they're closed when Google says otherwise. Plus its 15 minutes till the hour so idk any place that closes at 45 minutes till. That's fine there's plenty of good pizza in this town.

They absolutely ruined the canolis we with zest. WHO DOES THAT?! I threw the entire order away.

We eat there every time our friends come in town and stay at the hotel. We also go there on dates. Good food. Great pizza, soup, and salad bar. Friendly, prompt seating and service. You didn't usually think of going to a restaurant in a hotel if you're not staying there, but this is a frequent option. Fairly quiet, so it's a good place for conversation or a business meeting.

Great place-unique pizza and superlative service..Best Western smart to have in house restaurant-been there many times (12 days when home repairs done)-going 2 nights this week...Will be at Fillmore pizza both nights

Salad bar is top tier! Since Covid our town has gotten rid of all salad bars, so this was a nice surprise for us. Pizza had 4-5 selections, was 9/10, the garlic knots were hard as rocks. $16.99 for ultimate pizza and salad bar. Clean restaurant, conveniently located in the hotel, nice wait staff. Great option after a long day in the mountains.

I traveled extensively in another life and retired to COS. This is a pleasant hotel. The Pizza Kitchen is in the lobby/bar. Pizza fresh and has good flavor, sauce was great. Crust thin, a little too thin for my liking. Would visit again. The offer an all you can eat buffet some nights. Very friendly staff.

This is waaaaaay overpriced for what it is. We went for the buffet and all of the food is so bland. I've had a better pizza buffet at Cici's and paid way less, for a much better experience. This is acceptable hotel food for those staying at the hotel, but do not seek this out if you live in the Springs. Not worth your money. That said, our waitress was friendly and prompt with our drinks. I appreciate the good service, even if the food was only fine.

Went for the dinner buffet.
