Severely underwhelming. Garlic knots are just frozen bread rolls with flavorless marinara. Pizza is good enough to eat but definitely not good enough to come back. Both pizza and knots tasted like pre frozen bread that had been microwaved. Reminds me of school lunch. Food was cold when we got in the car. Pretty bummed since I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now. Maybe it was an off day but I’ll probably spend my $$ elsewhere

I was a little reluctant to go since the last two reviews mentioned poor service. But, we were pleasantly surprised to have Sandy as our server. It was only her 2nd night working there, and she was phenomenal. We were a party of 9 people who stopped by around 8:30 pm for pizza on a Friday night. She waited on us hand and foot. It was a great experience, and we will be back!!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian pasta and pizzaDietary restrictions: Gluten-free

I’ve been wanting to try this place out for years (since it was a food truck in front of the hotel). I used to pass by on my way to work daily. I saw it was in DoorDash, so I placed my order online. It said they were taking orders until 8:30P. I placed my order around 8P. I got a notification that my order was cancelled around 8:20, very disappointing but hey, it’s happens! I waited another couple of months and decided to try again. I called ahead and ordered for pick up, I was instructed by the FD person to wait at the bar for my order. I sat at the bar and was not greeted. A lady who appeared to be a manager asked if I was waiting for my order and I said yes, she rang me up. I sat there in silence and she tinkered with this n that behind the bar. Never made small talk, never asked if I wanted to buy a drink. It was awkward silence. She rarely acknowledged me as I sat In front of her for 5>10>15 minutes. She just kept saying it’s a “few” more minutes. I went to wait outside and came back in to check periodically and she just kept saying a few more minutes. At this point it’s been about an hour, I was quoted 25 minutes. Still, no apology, no real ETA, no small talk. She finally refunds us and sends us walking without food. She could have saved me an hour and not charged me from the start. I’m the GM of a hotel, I understand some days are rougher than others but man, crack a smile. It doesn’t hurt to be honest and show minimal effort. I wasn’t rude and I wasn’t expecting much, I just wanted to walk out with the food that I paid for. I couldn’t be more disappointed (again)

I ordered ahead for pick up. My girl was quoted 25 minutes. We waited about 50 minutes until we finally decided to say something. The woman that attended us offered no apologies and she actually said “I ALREADY TOLD HER” when I asked how much longer. After 50 minutes of waiting she said they “just” put the rolls in. She refunded me, still no apology, and I walked out empty handed after waiting nearly an hour. They were not busy, there didn’t seem to anyone else there. This wouldn’t have been so terrible if she was just honest about how long it was going to take. I waited with my 3 dogs in the car for about an hour because every time my girl went in, they said “just a few more minutes “ we could have gone home to drop off the dogs. It’s snowmaggedon outside and we walked away with no food and not a semblance of customer service.

Stayed at the hotel last April during Space Symposium and really enjoyed the Fillmore Pizza Kitchen every night. Great food and wine selection, great team working there, warm atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again this April.

The bar manager Amanda is awesome, the food is always good no matter what you order. And being in the hotel it is very convenient for long term guests such as myself.

We had a party of 5. I used the Yelp coupon for one free appetizer. My daughter-in-law has a dairy allergy so ordered her pizza without cheese and with the gluten free crust. When they brought out our pizzas my daughter in laws had cheese on it. They took it back to remake and the rest of us ate. We were all done with our food by the time here pizza was served. My pizza was just ok. Nothing special. When we got home I looked at the receipt and saw that we were charged full price for the free appetizer. Not even the happy hour price. I also think they should have comped the last pizza. All in all too many messups
