The service was great. This was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. Two bites made me feel sick and had an aftertaste. The tots had a similar sour taste. I believe the oil was rancid.

Got the Chicken Parmesan sandwich … first time over had one in YEARS and it was a transcendent experience. WOW! Wish the location was more accessible, but this is now one of my Top 3-4 places to eat in COS.
I had high hopes with all the reviews and I was blown out of the water it was so good.

So yummy and crispy! I got the Firebird sandwich with tots. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and very crispy. I even enjoyed the bun, which I haven't since going gluten free. I highly recommend checking them out!

The chicken is very plain. Not a lot of flavor to speak of. For the price there are a bunch of better options in the area. The gluten free is good if you have issues with gluten, but the chicken has no excuse.

Super casual order at the counter place. Justin said he just bought the restaurant. GF chicken cordon bleu sandwich was fabulous and the bun even better. Nothing like all gluten free fried chicken and tots!!

I met the new owners today and they were so sweet and helpful! They have lots of new ideas for the menu and have made it dedicated gluten free.
The Firebird sandwich and tots are one of my favorite meals in downtown! Very excited to see what else they will bring on.

Kudos to Firebird for providing gluten free fried chicken! I really appreciate that. I gave 2 stars because I ordered the Phoenix and wanted to love it. However, the chicken was overcooked, dry and rubbery. Looking at the reviews I see others that had a whole different experience. Maybe the nice lady taking orders got distracted and left the chicken on too long but paying $15 for a rubbery overcooked chicken sandwich was not what I'd hoped for. Not sure if I'd come back.
