Decent sandwich but $22.50 was overpriced and the sandwich was skimpy. The people did not know their job and were very slow.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the guy working on Sunday night 11/23/25. I didn't catch his name but he had blue hair and some tatos. My whole online order got screwed up and this dude made it all work out. He was super cool and extremely helpful which is not something you see a lot these days unfortunately. I've never eaten at firehouse and this one guy made me a fan and will be a repeat customer. He made my sub extra spicy and recommended a good hot sauce to pair with it. ( I'm addicted to he heat) Honestly this dude deserves a bonus or a raise or something. I went in kind of upset that my order got messed up and this guyade my experience 5 star. Hope you guys recognize your elite employee. Thanks again for the excellent experience.

It was very dirty trash everywhere, the food was very cold! Also I wait like 30 minutes for a sandwich.

So, here's the thing. Ordered food, got food, food looked and smelled great. It even tasted great. Except for the very last bite thats when it all when wrong. I have never ever in my life gotten sick so fast. I'm assuming its the lettuce that is possibly contaminated, maybe the tomatoes. Maybe a sick employee who prepared the food, I don't know but over 18 hours later and it still hasn't fully ran through my system. I'd have a health inspector go in and take a look before ordering again.

I've had before and was excellent....learned there was one nearby while visiting.....raved to my friends....what a disappointment. Maybe new sandwich makers....but sandwiches made wrong....slow and still expensive and i had to stand in line and pick up own food.....such a bummer....will not go out of my way for them again.

Great customer service. The cheesesteak with a pickle was absolutely delicious. I loved the Freestyle Coke Machine that made custom drinks with unlimited refills. Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick bite.

Be wary ordering delivery. Twice in a row now, half the order was missing. I’d plan for a sandwiches only meal for the family, with no sides or drinks. Sandwiches are good but I’d like to actually get what I order and paid for.

Tyler was absolutely wonderful during today’s visit. He went above and beyond for my gluten free sandwich to make sure it was safe from cross contamination. Our food tasted the best we’ve had in quite some time!

holy wow this place sucked. waited 20 minutes for a sandwich with 4 ingredients, then asked for my side of gravy that they forgot, only to be told i need to wait about 5 more minutes. nah. trash.

Thank you Isiah and Tyler! I’m sorry if I spelled the name wrong but the moment I walked in the team was extremely friendly and funny! My first time at firehouse subs will certainly not be my last. Gave great recommendations and everything was prepared to perfection. Everything was clean and sanitary and the atmosphere was generally pleasant and fun to be in!
