Absolutely disgusting. The subs were ok but the meats were off tasting. My salad was just inedible. The box it came it looked dirty and when I opened it my salad smelled weird. As I mixed my salad i discovered rotten greens. This is not save for consumers. I get it maybe one or two leaves but this was an unacceptable amount ended up tossing this $11.99 Italian Grilled Chicken Salad. Don't sale salads I if you are going to serve unsafe foods.

To District Manager,My boyfriend and I ate here tonight and the two employees Taylor & Eric O. We’re so helpful and kind. We notice that one of the 3 employees (Tyler) walked out on Taylor & Eric and I think that’s not a good way to leave two employees in the end of the shift because two people shouldn’t do extra work after closing.-Lynda3/27/2024

Walked in to the restaurant and nobody was behind the counter. It was several minutes before someone came out from the back. They acknowledged me but walked around into the dining room and began cleaning without asking if I needed anything or was ready to order. Just a simple, "hey". I had to approach the person to get any actual service. Then he still stayed where he was for another few minutes before finally coming over to take the order. Once the order was taken he went back to cleaning and I had to wait for someone else from the back to come make the food. Then the salad was LAUGHABLY small. Barely any toppings on the sandwiches as well. The entire thing from walking in until walking out with my food took over half an hour... Then the food was beyond disappointing. ESPECIALLY given the ridiculously HIGH prices. I was there long enough the GF called to ask if I was ok. Definitely not coming back to this location.

First time ever that I had to ask for a refund from a restaurant/fast food place.The place was filthy when we walked in. There wasn't a clean table anywhere. Fine.We ordered at 2:28 and at 2:48, the two people ahead of us didn't even have their order yet. At that rate, it would have taken 30 - 45 minutes to get our food.They had little concern about us leaving without our order. At least they kept our donation.After leaving and looking at our original receipt to verify the time from purchase to leaving, we realized they screwed that up beyond mathematical logic.Went to Jimmy John's down the road. Food was made right in front of us within 5 minutes. Probably less salmonella too.

Super SLOW, are they ALL trainee’s? Almost 45 min. Wait for 2 brisket sandwiches. Appeared to be NO sense of urgency, many customers waiting! At least the guy handling us the order apologized.

A while back I placed an order at the store. When I got home I realized it was completely wrong. I called the store and spoke to the manager. I explained what I got wasn't what I ordered. They said they would have a sub waiting for me to pick. When I picked up the sub I asked them what I owed them since it was a large, nit a medium sub. They said it was no cost because I had to drive there to pick it up.Their customer service is exceptional and they go out of their way to make it right!

I called the store to order a sandwich to pick up. Eric answered the phone and laughed when I asked if I could place an order. He said "we're pretty slammed right now and I shouldn't have even answered the phone"... Maybe firehouse needs to unplug their phones between 1-2pm on Mondays

Took them 20 minutes to make 2 medium sandwiches.No customers in front of us and 4 people working behind counter.Food not very good.Wont go back.A,shame cause we used to go quite often and was great back

Food is fine but the dining area is absolutely FILTHY. Floors, tables, even the drink fountain. It’s like they never bother sweeping or wiping up tables. Trash and grime on floors. Been here three times and it’s ALWAYS like this. A health inspector would fine them for this abomination. Totally unacceptable!

Poor experience. The worker basically kept saying out loud how annoyed he was to make sandwiches and hassled a guy with expired coupons! Unreal. Wanted to get a refund but didn’t want to deal with the guy who hated his job behind the counter. Don’t waste your money.
