Ive had Firehouse twice in 3 years and both times they got my order wrong and the taste was not as good as i hoped. Im not going to give them a third chance

We have a Firehouse Subs closer to us, but we come to this location because they rarely make mistakes. Fast, friendly, and accurate service!

I have held back from writing this review because I don’t want to complain as an industry worker. But, I loooove firehouse subs. One of my favorite places. But, the last 4 times I’ve ordered a sandwhich from this location I have bit into & pulled out of my mouth, long hairs from someone’s head. & it’s deep inside the sandwhich. I just want to enjoy my food & not feel sickened not even half way through having to throw away my sandwhich.

I wouldn't have known this wasn't good experience if I didn't have a better experience at another location to compare it to. The man taking the order out right said he wasn't having a good day, didn't repeat the order back to us, so we didn't catch that he had put it in incorrectly. The sandwich was dripping in mayonnaise. I get it, I'm white, but even I don't like mayonnaise that much.

I Ordered a Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich today and I discovered the stuffing was missing on our order when I brought it home. I was offered 2,000 reward points for the app and I initially accepted this resolution. After looking at my rewards balance I discovered that 2,000 points gets you 1/3 of the way to a small sandwich. When I asked for a partial refund I was told that they couldn't modify the resolution at all. I normally don't like to make a big deal out of these things as I understand that mistakes happen but after ordering a $20 sandwich that was missing one of it's main components and receiving basically nothing back is frustrating. Won't be returning to this location any time soon.

As a DoorDasher, they are always on task. Corbin was exceptionally awesome today as there was a long wait and he still got my dasher order out the door in no time flat! Kudos to Corbin!

Husband and I both got our favorite, smokehouse beef and cheddar. Both took one bite and had to spit it out. Straight tasted like chemicals and was dryer than beef jerky. We won’t be eating at a firehouse again.

My wife stopped eating here because there was hair in her sandwich. I felt it was a 1 time incident and ordered a sub. Sure enough this one has hair too. How does this even happen this much. So nasty. Shame we wasted so much money. Never again

Wow this place has a lot of negative reviews...

When my party of 3 came into firehouse we made our orders and they were all correct. We were able to access some packets of sauce by simply asking for them. They were quite good and I would consider buying any of the bottled sauces that they offer, but I think they only have Captain Sorensens's as their branded sauce now.

My only complaint is that the person working the cash register had zero care after I informed him about the soap dispenser not functioning and was unable to properly clean my hands.

We were there about 20 minutes and nothing had been done about it so I took it upon myself to switch the dispenser bags and get some soap.

It’s really unfortunate that it had to come to this but on Thursday 7/11/24. My family and I walked into the Dublin store and one of the workers threw up his hands and shook his head and acted as though we were an inconvenience to him and then he yelled to the other staff and told them to make our order in a very aggressive manner. We asked if everything was okay and he shook his head and said just a busy day, so we turned around and left. We felt very unwanted and felt that if we had a sandwich made something would have been wrong with it because us walking in was not okay for him. It felt personal and seemed discriminatory. I reached out to customer service and they have yet to escalate the situation where I wanted to provide feedback to someone about the situation. They don’t seem to care. I will never walk into a firehouse faculty ever again.

I used to work at Firehouse subs. These people suck. Definitely not sandwich artists.
