Just not good. Took advantage of the BOGO special through Uber eats. Racked my brain for 10-15 mins trying to figure out why my sandwich is sweet. Soggy is one thing and. I’ll assume responsibility for that. Just not good. Hate wasting food but a sandwich and a half went to waste

I've never once had an accurate mobile order from this Firehouse. Literally not once. If you're making a mobile order, pick a different store other than the Hanley location.

Everything is 5 star, I gave it 3 because they never bought back the Hot sauces after COVID, namely the Gator Hammock Swamp Gator that is the best on any sandwich. I used to buy a bottle to take home also. Anyway miss the hot sauce and have only been to a FH twice since they removed them.

I am an Uber eats driver. Unfortunately, sometimes people steal the food and when I went into the store a ginger female very irritatingly stated that they would not remake the order and that I was the third driver that came in for it. Of course I'm the third driver because the order is still floating around in the system and the customer still needed to get his food. She was clearly having a bad day and took it out on me and was not helpful with resolving the issue whatsoever. When Uber customer support reached her to inquire about remaking the order, she said that she would not remake it for our customer. I don't know why this lady thinks that she can treat me poorly but this is not okay. I would not recommend ever coming here to spend money. The employees here, especially the red-headed female needs to learn manners and how to resolve issues patiently. I will not be coming here to spend money.

Well I've never had a bad food experience but today was pretty bad. Took 15 minute just to place an order because the payment system kept shutting down. And over 15 minutes just to get the food I spent half my lunch waiting and ordering. Great food just a bad day.
