They started by filling my entire glass of coffee with ice barely got any then they gave me the tiniest plate for my pancakes that didn’t fit and once I started cutting the pancakes they fell apart I couldn’t even pick them up with a fork they weren’t cooked fully manager said he’d bring over our check I sat here looking at him doing nothing for 10 min awful experience not worth the time or food here go somewhere else

First Watch is a brilliant experience for hanging out with friends and family. The food is bussin, the pricing is just right, and the restaurant is clean and neat. The wait wasn't long for food or getting seated. Overall, great experience. 10/10

We checked in on 8/01/25 with my family. The lady host needs better training on fairness with check ins, we felt discriminated due to our race. She allowed other people to sit ahead of us many times until i asked her after 30 minutes if everything was ok? Her response was we are short staffed. Left disappointed on her poor communication and unfair customer service.
