I was working out of town and we stop at first watch to get some food, it was kinda busy, we ordered food and the girl was very rude McKenzie my co-workers food wasn't right, I was very disappointed in the service. Being professional is something that I take pride in, but Being rude towards customer's is not the best thing for a service industry to be!

A great breakfast experience; courteous staff, attentive service, and the food delicious. I never lacked for coffee or anything else. I had the Trifecta, the eggs perfectly scrambled and finished, the million dollar bacon sweet and peppery, and the waffle as light and airy as promised. My only complaint is that while the waffle was listed as Belgian, it was not, just a regular American one, but done perfectly, and served with blueberry compote. Very tasty and satisfying. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't normally take the time to leave a review but the people who worked there today were so bad. 1. When you order a coffee which costs 3.99 and you ask for cream and it never comes, and your coffee gets cold so you have to walk to the hostess and ask them when you tap pay and the system without your permission tips 18% without you approving it, and the hostess says u approved and u say no it never asked me and you we need to cancel this and do it again and she argues with you that it cannot be canceled, and you say well the give me 2 bucks back because I cant in good conscience tip the waitress 18% for horrible service and the hostess tries to guilt you by saying you're not being nice. That's my experience at first watch and I can never go back now.

Normally this place is very good. But today it was terrible 😕. I had the cinnamon Pancake with bacon and scramble eggs. We waited for an hour for our food which is ridiculous 🙄 ontop of that when my food came out it was cold and the Pancake tasted old like it was sitting on the side for who knows how long. I could even peel the thing in half it was like 2 wafers sitting ontop of each other. Pancakes are suppose to be fluffy, moist this was super dry and gross. I couldn't finish it cause it just didn't taste good.

Joined my wife and daughter this morning for breakfast. Seeing as I already had breakfast I opted for a cinnamon roll and coffee. Was VERY disappointed! Roll was hard like it had sat out all night and the icing around the bottom was hard as a rock! Susie's West Side Diner and Coyote's Coffee Den have nothing to worry about when it comes to comparison to their cinnamon rolls.
