“First time here, ordering to go for the summer concert next door. Jack B was so kind helping me order, as I haven't eaten at a 5 Guys in many years! Our shakes and burgers were perfectly made as we requested, and delicious! From the person who handed the shakes, to the one who gave me our bag of burgers, to the person who thanked me for coming in--I felt like a valued customer!“

“My wife and I came in for a late lunch on 7/22/25 and saw Kerry H working harder than anyone we have ever seen at a fast casual place like this. She was manning the register, training multiple people, and still managing to keep a positive and friendly demeanor with all the guests. We had someone swipe our order by mistake and Kerry went above and beyond to correct it. She is a prime example of what customer service should be, and if she isn’t the owner of the place they sure are lucky to have her on the team!“
“As far as these franchise locations go, this one was actually pretty clean and not too bad. Parking is a nightmare given its shared parking with all the other places surrounding it, so come prepared for that nightmare. Otherwise pretty good food, but you won't love the pricing.“
