I expected a juicy burger I got a double burger and it was just so dry and overcooked I was so surprised the homemade fries are good but for 2 people we paid $37 with 1 milkshake way over price for what you get

Great hamburgers and fries normally. But today not so much. Been going here since it open and it's been my go to place.
But today, the hamburger did not taste very good and I ran out of meat before the bun. And the fries were why to salty for us. First time my sister had been the and she wasn't impressed. Im so sad.

What a shame that the whole crew can't make Burger juicy and hot. It's weird..we ven had them remake them and came out the same. They did offer a shake but we didnt want a shake we wanted the normal delicious burger and couldnt get it. We were nice and the Fries were great!

First time I tried Five Guys. The food was great the staff was friendly. The food took a bit long but so worst the wait. 😁👋

Check the inside of your burgers first I got 2 and one was amazing but the other was particularly raw and the fries were stale

Desserts were enjoyable.

Tried the lettuce Burger. It was good it was just missing something not sure what though....

Ordered through app took 40 minutes once I arrived to get food. Dining room filthy, people working were not friendly. I get everywhere is shorthanded but they didn't even acknowledge that they were running behind or express any concern for the amount of time it took. The food was good but the lack of interest in customer service was disappointing. The location by the movie theater at Cinema point is always top notch though.

Tried five guys for the 1st time ever! I was not disappointed, the food was packed with flavor burgers and fries were delicious and not badly priced. I also did the strawberry shake which was delicious, oh and they have free peanuts!

My wife and I came in for a late lunch on 7/22/25 and saw Kerry H working harder than anyone we have ever seen at a fast casual place like this. She was manning the register, training multiple people, and still managing to keep a positive and friendly demeanor with all the guests. We had someone swipe our order by mistake and Kerry went above and beyond to correct it. She is a prime example of what customer service should be, and if she isn’t the owner of the place they sure are lucky to have her on the team!

My husband and I came in last night on our monthly run to Colorado Springs for groceries and had to stop at our favorite burger restaurant for a bacon cheeseburger! It was probably 9:40pm so we assumed they wouldn’t serve us since they close at 10pm but as we walked through the front doors a young man wearing all black welcomed us in. We asked if it was too late to get a burger and he smiled and told us “Absolutely not our kitchen is open until 10pm every night!” he proceeded to make our burgers and fries in just a couple minutes all by himself. Whilst he was cleaning the kitchen wiping down counters we talked about our favorite candy’s and foods then he offered to make us a Butterfinger milkshake for FREE!! Absolutely amazing customer service we will be back everytime we are in the area thank you!
