I came in about 20 minutes before closing and was greeted by a young man who was working by himself he took my order and 5 minutes later had made the food he was very kind and the food was delicious!!

Worst Five Guys ever. Burgers were lukewarm, under cooked, not even wrapped correctly. One burger crumbled to pieces on first bite. First set of fries were soggy and cold, replacement fries were dry. I have never had a lousy burger and fries at Five Guys, but this was the first. I would never go back to this location. Just stay away.

Five Guys on North Academy has the best burger I have had in a long time!! The Cajun fries were also off the chain! So glad we decided to stop in

Manager here is constantly talking loud, complaining about customers and distracting the other employees , telling stories about what customers he got into fights with. Manager with glasses and goatee. Every table in the lobby was filthy. I know more about this managers life than some of my coworkers. Guy needs to be retrained on customer service.

Austin personally saved me from almost losing my girlfriend as he proceeded to talk about anime with me when I came in to order some food. Out here doing the lords work that’s for sure. Shoutout to my fellow nerd that saved me from a lifetime of loneliness. I’ll never forget you big dawg.

Austin is the man. Complimented my spiderman shirt. Great service. Real personality. This man deserves a raise. I’m talking 200k a year. Scratch that. A month. Give him the key to the city. Tell him I love him.

This five guys forgot the most important ingredient in my bacon cheeseburger: the MEAT! Both my patties were missing upon opening the wrapper when I got home. And five guys is insane if they think I’m going to dig out my burger underneath the mountain of greasy fries and inspect it each time to verify that the MEAT was put in my burger. I called and they offered me a remake which would require me to drive back to the store 15 minutes away but I asked for a refund to my card instead. To which they tell me I would still have to return to the restaurant to be paid in cash. Neither option was good enough to rectify this problem. Extremely disappointed. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Best burgers I've had in a long time. Plenty of fries in the small portion. Had to have a salted caramel shake which was the perfect ending

One of our absolute favorite burgers and the absolute best fries!!
Get the Cajun seasoning on the side and shake your desired amount on the fries! Yummmmm!

The fries were fresh and I could taste how good the potatoes were.

I used to love 5 Guys but haven't been to one in a very long time. I was so disappointed.

My lettuce wrap was sloppy, not well wrapped. Very difficult to handle and eat. The toppings were all dumped at the opening, so the meat was a little dry.

I was so looking forward to it. But it was a big let down, not as I remembered.

I used to go to several 5 Guys locations in Denver/Aurora years ago. The lettuce wrap burgers were easy to handle and juicy. Never disappointed.

Also,.. loud, annoying behavior is not necessarily friendly service.

So far, Denver Metro fast food rules, Springs drools!
