Five Guys

My wife and I came in for a late lunch on 7/22/25 and saw Kerry H working harder than anyone we have ever seen at a fast casual place like this. She was manning the register, training multiple people, and still managing to keep a positive and friendly demeanor with all the guests. We had someone swipe our order by mistake and Kerry went above and beyond to correct it. She is a prime example of what customer service should be, and if she isn’t the owner of the place they sure are lucky to have her on the team!

My husband and I came in last night on our monthly run to Colorado Springs for groceries and had to stop at our favorite burger restaurant for a bacon cheeseburger! It was probably 9:40pm so we assumed they wouldn’t serve us since they close at 10pm but as we walked through the front doors a young man wearing all black welcomed us in. We asked if it was too late to get a burger and he smiled and told us “Absolutely not our kitchen is open until 10pm every night!” he proceeded to make our burgers and fries in just a couple minutes all by himself. Whilst he was cleaning the kitchen wiping down counters we talked about our favorite candy’s and foods then he offered to make us a Butterfinger milkshake for FREE!! Absolutely amazing customer service we will be back everytime we are in the area thank you!

They keep a list of any customers not satisfied with the service and aim to make it right. It’s no wonder the manager’s name is Patience, and she was more than willing to make my experience better. This was right before Neil heard my story from last November about no bacon my burger and to make sure it would be on this time. Well, I was willing to forget the promise to make the burger again at no charge (cuz it was last year lol). Patience insisted the burger be on the house. Chris on the grill, and the rest of the kitchen team made the best bacon cheeseburger ever. I already forgot about last year’s experience!!! Exceptional service.

Service is usually great here, but I'm not paying 12 dollar for a burger that i can get for $4 get real, and throwing fries in the bag does not make it feel worth it, that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Get real on the prices or we might make you leave town.

I rarely go because it's more expensive than other fast food burgers, but on the occasion that I feel like splurging, it's worth the extra money. Tasty burgers and the fries are the best in town.

Kerry! So electric! Very great customer service attitude! She is a keeper and should travel to stores in teach to set the tone of every restaurant!

Great burgers and fries

I came in about 20 minutes before closing and was greeted by a young man who was working by himself he took my order and 5 minutes later had made the food he was very kind and the food was delicious!!

Worst Five Guys ever. Burgers were lukewarm, under cooked, not even wrapped correctly. One burger crumbled to pieces on first bite. First set of fries were soggy and cold, replacement fries were dry. I have never had a lousy burger and fries at Five Guys, but this was the first. I would never go back to this location. Just stay away.

Five Guys on North Academy has the best burger I have had in a long time!! The Cajun fries were also off the chain! So glad we decided to stop in

Manager here is constantly talking loud, complaining about customers and distracting the other employees , telling stories about what customers he got into fights with. Manager with glasses and goatee. Every table in the lobby was filthy. I know more about this managers life than some of my coworkers. Guy needs to be retrained on customer service.

Austin personally saved me from almost losing my girlfriend as he proceeded to talk about anime with me when I came in to order some food. Out here doing the lords work that’s for sure. Shoutout to my fellow nerd that saved me from a lifetime of loneliness. I’ll never forget you big dawg.
