A month after initial review: decided to place a pick up order and pick it up myself. Again, the customer service is superb, friendly greeting when I walked in, prompt, attentive, accommodating staff as I approached the pick up area. And the food was delicious as always. Order was even ready a tad sooner than expected. You all are a great crew at this location- THANK YOU!
Initial review: I'd been ordering via a delivery app from this location and was always happy with the quality of the food, today I decided to eat in the restaurant.
Such a friendly staff! From smiles, to hellos, I have not been this impresssed by a staff in awhile! You could tell they worked together well as a team, and were all working, no one on their phone or standing around, all collectively contributing.
My cheeseburger was delish and the fries abundant as usual.

The food is really good, and the service is also really good, but you should never have to pay $50 for 2 people to eat fast food. Crazy.

1 star because of the price. Cheeseburger, little fries and a drink was $22.09! That's insane. Their burgers are the best as far as chains go, but damn, that's way too much money. Can get prime rib at Quincy's for $19.99

My wife and I walked in and looked at the menu and walked out. The prices were outrageous!!!
I am visiting town and ordered delivery: 2 burgers, Fries, 2 Milkshakes. We did not get our milk shakes. When I tried calling the phone kept ringing, no answer. I tried calling back - phone line is disconnected. $12.12 in milkshakes that I never got & no way of getting a refund.

We love 5 guys! They never disappoint. 5 guys also cut their own potatoes for fries. We also enjoy the cajun fries. They have great fountain soda selection. And their milk shakes are filling. Our family loves this place.

They literally give this amount of fries more than $5 and we ordered cajun fries and they give us this
Ordered for just me. Bacon cheeseburger, medium fries, large drink. $24.68!!!! Got to my hotel, took a bite.... beef patties were so dry they were crumbling.. the tomato was so "RIPE" it had turned to mushy liquid, was only able to lift the tomato skin off of the burger, had to scrape the goo off!!! For TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS for 1 meal get it effing right!!! The fries were decent though....
