Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I love Freddy's burgers. Recently, I had an issue with an order that was very unsatisfying. Thankfully, the staff at this location was very kind to fix my issue. Shout out to the manager Sara and staff for correcting the problem without hassle. Thank you!! Will definitely be back to this location.

Place is super clean and the employees are really sweet! Food was also very delicious not over seasoned or extremely greasy and cooked perfectly. The cashier Brayden was also really sweet and had even taken my tray for me as I was leaving. Highly recommend this Freddy's than the others

MOLD ON BUN!! CHECK YOUR HAMBURGER BUNS!!
I used to go here all the time and never had any problems, until today. I got an original double with cheese and ketchup, and i knew it wasn't right. The top bun was very old, and the bottom was ... Soggy? Just gross all around. So i turned the hamburger over and there was a patch of mold on the bread the size of a quarter. Didn't think to get a pic of it, i was too grossed out in the moment.
The customer service regarding this matter was good, but the quality check, or lack there of, was not good. Just be careful and always check your food y'all

Accidently placed an order at the wrong location, though Doordarsh and employee Dominic were very helpful and sweet. He helped me through the whole process and was very understanding!

I just went into this establishment lady in the front mopping the floor never looked up so I turned right around and walked back out. I called the manager and discuss this issue with her because the lady never acknowledged that I was standing there and that's bad and poor customer service on Stetson Hills I will never go back there again. Smh

Served a cold chili cheese dog, burger came out late, mediocre at best, without my cheese curds… recooked dog and cooked curds, cook shrugs at me when it’s ready. Worst service and food… waste of my money! What a dump.

We have been visiting this Freddy's for years. Today, we rode our bikes there for lunch and my daughter had a waive of nausea hit her due to the heat and lack of food in her belly right when we walked in the front door. I quickly ushered her to the bathroom where she directly sat down on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet. I was amazed at how clean the bathroom floors were, and didn't need a therapy session directly afterwards. Staff is fairly friendly consistently, and of course the food is good. Thank you, Freddy's for having a clean bathroom floor! Of course we will back!
