Epic failure. Went through the drive thru. Our sodas were flat, hardly any ice. No chili for the cheese dog so we ordered two large fries instead. Only one fry received. Never going back again. Not worth the time. We dumped the drinks. Getting real food, right now at Smash Burger!

Took 25mins or more for my food and it was still cold. Manager was combative with customer before me, who had complaints, and decided not to complain. It was Oct 26 around 5pm.

Lemonade was out,tea was stale. I told the kid at the front and he did not acknowledge me. At the end when grabbing my bag of food she forgot my shake and looked at me blank when I asked for it. What’s up Mr. Freddy- better stay on your employees or you’re going to lose business. Shake shack is right across the street and way better! Update, I just ate my food and subpar.

Honestly I’m gonna sound like SUCH a Karen but just hear me out. The last 5 times we have ordered delivery from this Freddys we never had received the fry sauce we order, or any additional toppings. In fact, they always forget our toppings on our burgers too. We always stay silent because we get it. We come from service. Stuff happens. This last time was the final straw though. On August 11th we ordered and both our sandwiches were missing all toppings and they gave us no fry sauce or jalapeño fry sauce. I call and just let them know hey look we get it. Not gonna yell. But it’s really disappointing. This is the fifth time in a row we order and get nothing of what we ask for. The guy I spoke to politely apologized, said we could pick up a new order or that they would send us some meal vouchers. We went with the meal vouchers because we’re really pressed for time these days. He took down my wife’s name (she ordered it), the order number, and our address to send the vouchers to. It’s been two months and we haven’t received anything. We’ll be going out of our way to order from other locations and won’t be returning in person to this one. It’s incredibly disappointing. For years before these last five incident we loved this location. As if 2023, we get screwed every time.

Sent my son at six p m to go through the drive through and get me a meal. There was only 3 cars in front of him. He waited in that drive through for over two hours.He waited by the window for thirty five minutes. When I called the inner quest store the manager, said sorry. But I didn't hear in the tone that he meant. I will never give them my business again ever. Plus there was bacon on my burger.I can't eat bacon.Good thing.I checked the burger out, or I would have ended up in the hospital.

Questionable looking meat in a smashed, oddly damp bun. Gave feedback on my meal that was forwarded to this franchise. The hospitality team asked how their response went, and I told them no one reached out. We won't be back.
