service was absolutely terrible. i thought fast food was supposed to be fast lol i wasted more money on gas waiting in the line than i did to get my food and it was subpar at best. the attitude from the window worker was insane and unwarranted. i was nothing but respectful as i didn’t know how busy they were on the inside and got nothing but attitude. would not recommend this location. a timed amount at both the drive thru speaker and window combined would be 30 minutes total where is took me half that to eat my food.
The frozen custard was VERY thick, it was hard to eat through a straw.
Best cheese curds in the city
I went through the drive through today and ordered a grilled cheese steakburger with tots. They gave me a prime rib steakburger and fries. I didn't notice until I drove away. This was a complete waste of money and time, and I recommend you do not use your money on an obsolete business.
I will not be back.
Very upset with my experience. My ice cream had 4 cherry stems with no cherry on them (what?). Also waited 35 minutes for my order watching others get their ice cream delivered to their table and I was left waiting, to find my ice cream hidden waiting in the counter. Not great service.

Food was okay. I didn't expect processed cheese for swiss cheese. So that was not appealing. The tator tots were really good. The service was average. The tables and seating were well worn

Drive through needs better training.
The girl seemed not too sure about how to work register....then my order was wrong.
I got 2 sundaes instead of 1 shake, and 1 sundae. And the shake was supposed to be oreo...both of these sundaes are just chocolate it seems.
