Good food and ice cream but everything is overpriced.

$8.49 for a medium, mediocre blizzard and took about 20min with only 1 car in front of me

I’m very disappointed in the food. We went through the drive-through and when we got ice cream, it was all over the side when we got them. We had gotten drinks too, and there was ice cream splattered on the drink lids. By the time we got home to eat our food, we opened the bag, and my burger was apart and super soggy. Was also disappointed because every time I’ve gone in the past, the fries were fresh and crispy, and this time they were soggy and gross.

Food is excellent when it's prepared right, but there's always an issue. I've been reimbursed from corporate twice already, but the only way to stay ahead is to not eat here. Just today I ordered extra Swiss and didn't get any. Fly poop all over the signs by the cashier, and the menu wasn't working properly because someone connected their Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G to the computer. Freddie's is good, this location is just lost, and always has been since they opened their doors.

I wasn't impressed with the taste/quality for the price. Maybe it's just me but our order was also incorrect. Update 10/22/24 I've been here multiple times, and I've had multiple issues with my rewards app... Honestly don't know why I keep coming here.

The kids' meal I got my daughter, the hamburger was as big as her head. The meals are well worth the prøve avd she clearly loved it, it was inhaled in 5 minutes flat!

Oh my gosh, we had so much fun:) went with my 7-year-old grandson. There was sooooooo much to do! For the little ones. Just amazing what they have done! For $18. Dollars, it's all inclusive except for the food, but that's OK they let u bring in your own food. They even have police presence for security. What a wonderful experience we spent over three hours there.
They had a story reader. However, she started early and did not wait for all the children and seemed a little irritated! That was the only thing we were very disappointed with, but that's a big thing because of our precious little angels. Other than that I highly recommend it!

Service was terrible from start to finish, drinks were served warm and with no ice. There was no mention they were out of ice, and when I asked for my receipt, the dude at the window responded with an attitude and acted like it was major inconvenience.
