I have been here twice now and I don’t think I agree with the negative reviews - yes they only serve soft serve but that’s their thing. There’s tonnes of options on the menu something for every type of ‘ice cream person’
Customer service: I definitely don’t think it’s bad, I’ve given 4 stars because I don’t think it’s above and beyond but it’s nothing that would annoy me. And I’ve been twice (this time being a busy sunny Saturday eve) and not waited more than 5 mins for my ice cream either time

Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I have come about 3 times over the past few years and each time I try to give the workers the benefit of the doubt but as previously stated by other people they ignore me, roll their eyes, and put no effort into the quality of what they are handing me. I have never got the same person twice and yet I am treated like scum every single time even though I’m usually the only person in there. I will never be returning.

Cool little place to get ice cream after eating at fat sullys.
Gone here a couple times. Last weekend family was in town so I went here twice. Ordered same thing each time but the prices were rang up differently by a few dollars and the second time I came I got significantly less in addition to my cone being made with the wrong flavor. It seemed like the worker knew they handed me the wrong flavor and I had to awkwardly stand there and wait for her to come back/“notice” me. I politely told her not a big deal but this wasn’t what I ordered and when they remade it, was even smaller than the smaller size they had already given me. The small sizes aren’t worth the price.

We waited well over 30 minutes for our order. Ordered a basic B on a cone and got it in a cup with the cone on top with no ice cream in it. My cone immediately fell on the floor because it was empty. They said that the ice cream was too soft for cones. This poor young girl was clearly left alone with a broken machine. No apology for the wait and no offer of refund after admitting that they couldn't give me what I ordered.
