Fuji bistro does one thing well. Having the appearance of being high quality to fool people that do not have pallets.
Some high lights of the dish include canned tuna sushi rolls, mahatma rice straight out of a rice cooker and overpriced entrees.
For a resteraunt charging 20 dollars for a plate of honey walnut shrimp that for the record came with 8 pieces of shrimp they could at the least take the care and attention to make proper rice not the exact same bs I have at home.
Over priced, questionable quality and above all shaming to make tuna rolls with canned tuna.
The service while abysmal has its reasons, the server was legitimately trying but she did make errors. Small mistakes that anyine can make but too frequently for one dinner service.
The saving grace the resteraunt had was the entrees. They were plated beautifully and were made good but they were not 20 dollars good. In my opinion at most the plate was worth 10 dollars. Average at best and priced as if they were anything other that that. If you enjoy wasting money come here otherwise dare i say panda express has comparable quality

10/10 5 stars. They were quick and polite the whole experience. The food was amazing, the eel sauce was slightly sweet and complimented the eel incredibly, the mackerel was incredible, and the salmon was the best I have ever had. The texture was perfect and the flavor was an excellent umami. Will absolutely be back.

Wow.......best restaurant in Colorado springs. Now mine and my wife's favorite spot. Jason our server was amazing attentive and polite. All the staff were full of smiles. The food .....woah... We had volcano rolls and another kind I forget the name of, drunken noodles, lo mein, green shelled muscles and Jason recommended the Thai tom yum soup which was crazy good. I will be coming back in a week for my daughter's bday and will be back often as our new go to location. I can't stress enough how good it was. Everything we had we literally made eye contact to express how good it was. We came at 3:30 and had the place to ourselves for a while which was great but don't let that fool you because the food was sizzling when it landed and honestly made with love which I could tell by how artistic each plate was including sushi. All of this and cheaper than any spot similar to this location we have been to out here in the springs. I always promise to do a review and for the first time I had to.....GO HERE you won't regret it

Second time ordering and I will say, the food is pretty inconsistent between menu items.
First time we ordered: near Christmas, fantastic experience. Got lo-mein and pad Thai and both were awesome. Not like any other versions of those dishes we'd had, but they were great.
Second time: last night we ordered again and if I'm honest it's got me thinking twice about doing so a third time.
The dumplings and egg rolls were great, no complaints.
The Mongolian beef was a giant box of Mongolian onions with maybe 8-10 small pieces of beef in the whole thing. Not even worthy of a meal.
The drunken noodles tasted great but we had to pick out all the cabbage and leafed greens because of how wilty they looked and how off they tasted.
The pineapple fried rice came without any sauce or spices on it, it's just dry chicken, rice, etc with no flavor at all to speak of.
We may try again in case it was an off day, but dropping almost $100 on delivery and having all but the apps beingbso disappointing sucks.

My husband and I went for date night and the food was delicious! We had takeout before but this time we sat down and ordered a few dishes and we left happy. The food was delicious, delectable, it had so much flavor, we ordered the wonton soup and hot and sour, along with the lemon pepper wings, general so’s, garlic and pepper beef, lo mein, Hawaiian fried rice, and my favorite the black pepper chicken, the food was spot on. The desert was really good to, I’m not big on cakes pastries but my husband was in heaven.

Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The menu looked good, but the outside atmosphere is a little bit of dinner practically a car wash, but as soon as you enter, it's a wonderfully intimate space for small dinner parties. Then, the food was spectacular. Extremely varied menu giving everyone an option. I especially appreciated the variety of veggie sushi rolls that all tasted unique. Definitely would recommend, and come again.
