We have been looking for a place to have some Asian food. They have all types of food. Chinese, Japanese, Thai. We got the Fuji roll. It was delicious. The portions were generous. We were full and had leftovers. The shrimp fried rice was delicious. They were generous with the shrimp. The service was excellent. They made good recommendations. Sydni was awesome! She was upbeat and attentive. Overall this was an awesome dining experience and we have found a new spot for the food we like.

After losing Lemongrass then Chin Village; we needed that Asian fix. This place was delicious. The egg drop soup was great. The wife enjoyed her egg roles and the dinners were very flavorful. We will be coming back

Overall this was not a good experience. From being told to wait in response to what they thought was a big party coming in after me, to the food that was served like warm. It looked nice inside the restaurant but that was the only thing going for it. We were one of two tables when we came in and it was still a rough time. This spot won't get a redo.

After recently moving to Colorado Springs, I was on the search for a place with good egg drop soup. This place is it. I recently ordered their Pad Thai and it served me for 3 meals and was super delicious! The tempura combo is also amazing. I highly recommend it!

I tried ordering orange chicken again. The chicken was over-fried. The fried rice was burnt. The sushi tasted unpleasant.

The fish here was sub par at best. Denver has the best sushi restaurants in Colorado. Make the trek to Denver it's worth it.

We always love the food at Fuji Bistro. Sesame chicken is my favorite, and my daughter always insists on the egg drop soup. Great place.

I live near the ocean. The wife wanted sushi. It might be great for a local and, considering the distance from the ocean, I guess I shouldn't have expected much, but it was dry, blah and bland. It definitely tasted less than fresh and was something you choke down, rather than savor. The employees were fine. It is in a bit of an odd location. Parking seemed sufficient though.
