10/10 5 stars. They were quick and polite the whole experience. The food was amazing, the eel sauce was slightly sweet and complimented the eel incredibly, the mackerel was incredible, and the salmon was the best I have ever had. The texture was perfect and the flavor was an excellent umami. Will absolutely be back.
Wow.......best restaurant in Colorado springs. Now mine and my wife's favorite spot. Jason our server was amazing attentive and polite. All the staff were full of smiles. The food .....woah... We had volcano rolls and another kind I forget the name of, drunken noodles, lo mein, green shelled muscles and Jason recommended the Thai tom yum soup which was crazy good. I will be coming back in a week for my daughter's bday and will be back often as our new go to location....
I love fuji Bistro any chance I get to eat sushi at this place is amazing! I highly recommend eating in as the atmosphere is very nice and the food presentation is so much nicer when seated, not that its bad for Togo! I highly recommend eating here for good sushi!
