Love this place. Ariel is the best ! Great food, great service!

Order was mostly correct. But I will never go back to this location. The majority of the staff is very kind, chill and helpful. The individual that assisted with the to-go orders was extremely rude and offensive. He refused to believe the confirmation screen on the app which shows the name and order including pick-up time and wanted to go into the app on my phone himself to ensure we were not stealing food. He stated that people were faking the confirmation screens (that included the exact order, name, and time of pickup) and he refused to believe that we were there to pickup the food unless he could see the phone, close the app, and bring it up with the same order. All while refusing to make eye contact and failing to address us directly. Even the rest of the staff seemed uncomfortable. If such a serious security breach were to occur, it would be headline news for the app, and certainly not justification to treat paying customers with such disrespect. It would be better to avoid this location and drive further to any other location in the Springs.

Before management responds, I believe this was the manager. This was the exact intent of the manager so no need to say this wasn’t the intention of the business. No need to say you hope we have a better experience next time because disrespect does not earn a second chance when it comes to money.

Haven’t been here in a while, I was greeted and taken care of by a new hire named Chelsey. She was phenomenal! Outstanding customer service, very helpful with the menu, and knows how to make delicious drinks. Overall a great experience and delicious food! Would recommend going there especially the bar area!

Not sure what to say. Food was terrible and a true insult to Mexican cuisine. Not recomended at all.

i placed a to go order and it was quick and fast ! gabe was very nice and went to get extra napkins and sauces for me . great customer service !

I love coming here for the frozen margaritas. The food is solid, about a 4 out of 5. The chips, salsa, and queso are always good for drinking and yapping. My only complaint is that the place can be a little dirtier than I would like at times, which keeps me from giving it a full 5 out of 5 overall.

The food was pretty terrible. Ordered nachos, tacos. Reminded me of when you make a quick meal for a 2 year old.

I've never had a bad experience at Fuzzy's on Dublin. If you're lucky enough to be served by Ariel or River you've hit the bartender jackpot. They are very attentive and remembered my drink order after one previous visit. 10 stars to Ariel and River!

I love Fuzzy's and will go back again as I love their food. My visit today however was rough. I ordered a Burrito Bowl and ended up waiting 40 minutes for it to come out, despite the restaurant being about half full. My friend who ordered after me got his food and had finished eating by the time my food came.

Kara made for a great experience included with friendly and fast service!

We didn’t have any food but the drinks were fantastic! Our bartender Kara was so awesome! She was so friendly and attentive and had some really great drink recommendations. We’ll be back for sure, thanks Kara!

I come every Friday after work and Kara is the sweetest I love her bubbly personality and she’s always so happy!
