The best food ever would go here for more than 3 times but I can't eat more than that lmao

Alyssa really sets the standard for food service workers what an amazing employee she went above and beyond for us and that’s hard to find these days. The food was amazing and the ambience really made me cozy.

Sat at the bar today with my husband. The girl behind the bar (bartender) ignored our existence. We sat and waited while she washed glasses and put them away. She was directly accross from us and wouldn’t make eye contact.
Another employee, presumably the manager, asked her if she waited on us yet. She said “no”. At this point it was embarrassing and insulting. We got up and left.
The bar was also greasy and not wiped down.

Bad service, dirty place. DONT GO. Sucks.

Good food. Very overpriced $4 - 3 bite tacos. Friendly staff.

First time to eat at this chain. Ordered the grilled fish (cod). The flavor was good but the portion was amazingly small. Less than 1/2 of the fish and filling than other restaurants offering a fish taco. I folded the taco in half and the actual fillings took up only 1/4 of the inside space. I don’t like big portions but this was hideously small and not worth the price. There was also a strong odor of “fried food” in the restaurant and I had to finish my day smelling like I worked over a frier.

I live in Washington and every time I visit colorado, Fuzzys is a must. This trip was horrible. The servers were rude. Didn't get the order right. Added extra stuff on the second order. Had plenty of time to stand there on her phone but couldn't wipe down any of the nasty crumb covered tables that were dirty the whole time we were there.

The food was amazing and the customer service was even better! The on site manager Sydney and her staff were beyond helpful with the menu and I will be back and I highly recommend this location!

Went for dinner ordered chicken nachos (which were perfect), chips and salsa, fountain drink and the Primo Marg (1st off the website says this is a $10 marg but when you get it the cost is $14.00 which is ridiculous for the awful marg)
The very young bartender took order and immediately went back to chit chatting with customers at the other end of the bar who she was either flirting with or were friends as the rest of the bar and restaurant was dead
We waited 20min before approaching either bartender in hopes they would bring the marg but both were chatting with guests/friends
When I did approach the bartender she got the other younger bartender and the young bartender seemed rude at first and was going to look at my receipt and then seemed to remeber she had not made it -when she did bring to table she apologized and when I tasted it it was the worst margarita I’ve ever had …the orange juice or something tasted off and maybe old and it just wasn’t drinkable so I brought it back up to her and mentioned that it tasted very
off like the Oj was bad- she offered to remake with fresh Oj so I had her do that and again it was still awful…not sure how you mess up a Margarita but it was the worst
I’ve managed and worked in the bar industry for 30yrs and managed some of the top tourist bars and the service and drink was disgusting -I’d rather have a 5 dollar cheap Marg over whatever that is that is being overcharged for and called a marg
The barstaff being more interested in chatting with friends or whoever instead of taking care of customers while the place is dead is sad
Once happy hour hit they were making drinks and people were walking away with their drinks before even leaving the counter while I had to drink my drink after I almost finished my meal -I did not drink the marg, my friend that was with me chugged it as he didn’t want to leave a $14 dollar drink and just wanted to leave
I won’t be back to this location as this is not the first time service was bad
I live an hour away and when I come to Springs for dr appts I usually stop in afterwards … I will
Pick someplace else’s where the staff is focused on customers and not chitchatting instead of working
I understand the art of chatting as a bartender but this was a bit much and if it was my staff she would of been talked to

I ordered the Birria Bowl for lunch to go @11ish, Pretty empty but the pick up orders were super busy. Service was amazing, The young lady at the front was attentive and friendly. The food however was bland, minimum seasonings so lots of hot sauce. Restrooms was a mess 🙁

The longer haired man taking orders makes a good drink but we ordered the fried avocado tacos and various other things. After sitting at a table I noticed the receipt was for Cod tacos so I went back to the counter and was told “we don’t have that” I reminded him that as I ordered it I pointed at the sign next to the register and said that’s what I want, the people still in line agreed and he shrugged his shoulders I them called it BS and went to see if my wife wanted to leave, we stayed and when the food came I told her we didn’t order cod we ordered avacado, then my wife told her she’s a vegetarian and has an onion allergy and was told that she’ll get us the grilled veggie tacos and was told it doesn’t have onions in it and let me get you some coupons for the inconvenience. After some time when out food was gone she never returned. I’ll give Torchys a try next time
