I ordered the eggs benedict on a biscuit. The biscuit was stale and hard - I could not even cut it with a knife. It was like a Christmas cookie - I had to "snap" it half. The egg was hard and round and just sitting on top of the spinach. The waiter gave me 25% off even though I didn't eat the entre. I'm struggling with the good reviews. I would never go back.

We went here for breakfast and this place hit the spot. Some of the best coffee I've ever had and the food was clean and delicious.

First visit. Celebrated a birthday. Good service, great food and drinks. Nice environment. We will definitely come back again.

We have a business where people cater events, Garden of the Gods Catering is definitely to notch! Very professional staff and the food is just amazing! We will be recommending their services to our future clients!

First, please note that this busy establishment is no longer near the Garden of the Gods, is not much of a "market" any more, and is not currently reflected by many of the images shown on TA. That said, we found it to be a delightful Downtown spot for an eclectic lunch with friends. The sandwiches and salads we had were all very tasty. And our server was excellent, both personable and efficient. The pace of service was casual - but that was fine with us as we were catching up with old friends.

Menu and service is great, downside is the difficulty parking, especially for handicapped. Inside and outside dining, my BLTA was extraordinary and everyone in our party of eight was quite pleased with their orders.

Delicious food in a relaxed, peaceful, friendly setting. All of our meals were excellent and we were able to visit and have great conversation without being rushed....Clean, beautiful place for lunch.

Six of us went to lunch on a Saturday and everyone loved their food -- service was great and the ambiance was fun. Would love to return in good weather when that big front patio is open. Salad ingredients were fresh and interesting, plenty of chicken. BLT was given two enthusiastic thumbs up. The cakes looked impressive, but were underwhelming. Would very happily return for lunch.

I have worked with Garden of the Gods catering on several occasions over the past few months and years, both for nonprofit fundraisers and for-profit business events. The team is professional and they deliver the best quality in town. I also regularly attend events for various reasons and have yet to find a catering company that surpasses Garden of the Gods Catering. Here's why I love this company: 1. They are professionals when it comes to putting on events — they are hard workers, they anticipate needs, and they have great attitudes. 2. Their food is the best. The quality, the caliber, the presentation, the flavor. I'm a critic when it comes to "good food" and GoGC delivers a great product every time. 3. They think outside of the box. Their menu is delicious, but their chefs are also willing to collaborate and create a customized menu for events. We've even worked with them in an outdoor space that was lacking electricity and running water, for a sophisticated major donor event. They pulled it off beautifully. 4. They accept and take direction and feedback. If you expect a catering company to read your mind, you'll be disappointed. Come prepared with what you want and need, communicate it well, and things will go smoothly. That's just good business. 5. Their owner and staff have a heart for social impact. And that matters to me. They care about their clients and the work, but they also care to help create change for good. 6. Garden of the Gods Catering is a part of Altitude Hospitality and this company is changing the food and event scene in Colorado Springs with its restaurants and venues. That's something I want to continue to support.

This place has so much potential to be a five star restaurant. The decor is great! Spacious seating, the cafe/dessert area oh so cute( note: none of the desserts are homemade), and the bar area is very aesthetically pleasing!! The problem is this restaurant definitely caters to the new world of self absorbed people. The ones that are always on their phones and can’t wait to take a picture of their drink or food! In doing so they’ve missed the mark on flavor profiles on both ends! The drinks and food presentation is very attractive, but neither are mind blowing, but mediocre at best!! My mimosa came with a flower in it, which made it pretty but was one of the worst mimosa’s I’ve had to suffer through( seriously how can you mess up a mimosa?!?!) and on top of that my whole glass was sticky, which makes you completely aware of using a recycled glass not properly cleaned! My second drink I requested, I was told by the cockiest bartender he could make it but that too was a huge disappointment. He did ask how it was, but I didn’t have the energy it would take deflating that ego, so I just went with it. The food we ordered, myself the eggs Benedict and I can’t remember the name of my husbands Sunday brunch choice, but neither had much flavor so when asked if we’d like hot sauce, I requested cholula. I’d like to compliment the fact that they properly bring out sauces here, which is what I mean they have potential!! You should never present the bottle, it should always go out as a side condiment in a ramekin, which they did, so kudos for that!! Attention to details like that is what sets you apart from other restaurants. The cutlery is a very poor quality. Both of our knives could barely cut through our food and mine is on an English muffin! Suggestions: If you could teach the people you hire to give better high end friendlier service. (We sat at the bar, so maybe it’s better in the dining room) If they could work on more attention to the flavor profile for the drinks and the food, instead of how pretty they are for social media, try making it something memorable for the palate. Last but not least, the older gentleman manager, I think I heard them say Chris- he could also use a lesson in managing properly like checking in on all guests and not just the ones he thinks makes him still young and cool. To see him cater to the customers that have no manners( a guy who sits at the bar playing his music on his phone as loud as possible in a restaurant( no manners)and he and his girl friend stayed glued to their phones the whole time, instead of interacting with one another)) I mean that’s the clientele this place and manager seem to want to spend their time with, so it’s not a fit for me!! All the way around super disappointing for the price point! I completely expected more, but as I said, it does have the potential to be a 5 star.

As I always give restaurants 2nd chances, Intermezzo Cafe, Dunwoody GA, missed the mark again. Here on a Saturday for lunch, 12:15, not busy at all. Bartender was out of touch-- not trained-dirty plates, glasses left out next to guests eating lunch, checked on me after I had finished with meal. No conversation, no up-selling, clearly no training or restaurant experience. Bar was full of dust/dirt, visible to guests. French Dip was tiny little pieces of roast beef, au jus- nothing but bouillon water. SO disappointed that this is another restaurant that does not have it together. Both Dessert cases had only a few pieces of each cake on each cakeboard and looked terrible(pic attached.) Just a coffee shop here...

Favorite brunch spot in COS. Delicious and fresh food options. The shrimp and grits are amazing. Love mimosa flights. Great all times of year but love the summer patio.

There was a nice little market area. They had indoor and outdoor seating. The food was absolutely amazing. And I would definitely eat there again when in the area.

If possible, I would give this company zero stars. We contracted with garden of the gods for my daughter‘s wedding. Once the contract was signed communication was basically nonexistent. We made many phone calls and sent many emails all of which went unanswered. On the day of the wedding the meal was delivered one and a half hours late. The meal was cold and the rolls were like hockey pucks. Save yourself the money, choose any company other than this one or cook your own food.

Food was delicious and service was prompt. We had to wait a little longer than the hostess originally told us but The couches outside were nice to wait on. The food came out quickly so that was a plus. I REALLY enjoyed my lobster benedict and my husband's salmon sandwich had a huge filet on it. Save room for dessert, they have so many to choose from. My kids' favorite was the German chocolate cake!
