Wonderful experience at La Taverna - great service and food to match. Our waiter, Penwell, was attentive and welcoming as was the manager who stopped by our table to check in. We enjoyed two meals at La Taverne during our stay at the Broadmoor and both the service and food were consistently first class. Of special note, try the Manhattan if you're so inclined.

Our dining experience was amazing from the service to the food to the atmosphere. The scallops were perfectly done and soft as butter. The wagyu was incredible. The attention to detail is second to none.

La Taverne needs no review, as it stands on it's reputation as one of the most fantastic dining experiences in the State of Colorado. The French Onion Soup is perfection in a bowl. The prime rib dinner is the quintessential plate with more food than I can eat anymore. Chef's kiss!

Dressed for a dining experience. There was no need to. Apparently its come as you are- t shirts, flannels, shorts, sweatshirts. Husbands Stetson hat was asked to be removed before we entered(!) husband would have when seated , then i looked around at other diners. No dress code what so ever. The golfer next to us had his sports cap on throughout the meal. Kids in shorts . Y'all should decide what the restaurant is. The expense indicates fine dining , the no table cloths and sneakers says otherwise.

My family and I loved this venue! It was amazing. From the food, drinks, and the decor. Everything was perfect. A perfect celebration dinner. The service was also phenomenal!

Expensive wine and the sommelier tried to “save” the bottle when the waiter had a tough crumbly cork to open. At tasting, got cork in my glass, which was not impressive. Eventually got a new bottle. Prime rib was tasty. Not very crowded...

There appeared to be too few staff as our waiter seemed to rush from table to table. Waiter was pleasant, knowledgeable of the menu, and helpful with our table.

There were multiple events going on when we were there including prom and a wedding but the valet was very quick and helpful. The food was amazing as always and service was outstanding!

Fantastic service which to me is one of the most important. The food was great as well the oysters on the half shell..... Delicious!!!!!!!!! Everyone of the staff we interacted with was friendly and accomodating.

The Broadmoor is such a great resort. Beautiful property, expertly trained staff at every level. I believe the Taverne is the only restaurant that non-guests of the hotel can enjoy. Its Garden room is the only part of that restaurant I would choose, as the interior seating is super dark and dingy looking to me. The Garden is an enclosed atrium-like dining area. The food is very good, but very pricey. Our waiter Mohammad took good care of us, but this is definitely a no-rush environment. Everyone at our table ordered a different entree and everyone was pleased.

Amazing food and menu. We joyed the oysters. My wife said her salmon was the best she ever had. My pork chop was delicious and cooked just right. Our waiter Randy was excellent and very personable and knowledgeable! We really enjoyed our time and meal!

The Waygu Blend burger was definitely the best burger I have ever had, had it medium rare. I did pair it with a Red Bordeaux, which had a medium body but the after taste was great. Truffles definitely made the meal top notch thou. Come early to avoid the crowd. Best advice that I can give thou.
