When I eat in here the food is amazing. When I order take out I don’t get what was ordered and wings were not even fully cooked (let alone extra crispy as requested!). Will eat in again but likely will never order take out again

I’ve had the pleasure of getting Golden Flame a few times over the past few months. I really want to love this place but it’s beyond inconsistent. Sometimes it’s a 10/10 other times it’s a 4/10. The amount of sauce/rub they put on the wings tends to change every time. The garlic haberno was a great flavor the first few times I ordered, but my last batch they put so much of the seasoning on that it tasted like nothing but salt and was inedible. I had to throw out a whole six piece which was a disappointment when I had it planned to be dinner. Same goes for the fries, sometimes they are seasoned well other times there is little no seasoning on them. I order the same fires every time but they taste different every time. Their flavors of wings are all typically pretty good, and size of wings is favorable, but the inconsistency has made me make the decision to venture off to other wing places for my orders. Like I said, I really want to love this place but far too expensive to not know what I’m going to get out of every order.

went over an hour and a half before close and the doors were locked, employees were inside with chairs stacked and mopping floors. no explanation to the early closure outside and no one answered the phone when i tried to call.

My husband and I originally visited on our first week moving to Colorado (3 years ago) and ever since then, we love ordering wings from them. They have a wide variety of sauces you can order and have the option of bone in / out. They also have amazing customer service and I don't recall a time we left their facility and was upset with an item being incorrect. Also, major shout-out to Hector and the team that was working today at 4:45pm. They did such an amazing job and we're very patient with me trying to make a sauce decision. Definitely recommend visiting!

Haven't eaten here in a few years due to getting sick the last time. Seems like things haven't changed. Ordered 6 boneless, 6 bone in wings, fried mushrooms and cheese sticks. NOTHING was edible! Boneless wings were rubbery under cooked and cold. Bone in were cold and sauce was gooie. Cheese sticks were basically costco bought and under cooked (cold). Mushrooms were mushy. Came with celery and carrots that had mold on them!!! I had one bite of my wings and then got sick! Dog wouldn't even eat the food! Also delivery driver just left the food at the door did not ring the doorbell or even knock. So sad, this once was a good restaurant that we enjoyed NEVER AGAIN!!! Seems like no one takes pride anymore in delivering or making good food anymore. Just want my money back!

We have tried this place 3 times. Salty. Everything we ordered was super salty. We couldn't enjoy the food or the flavor because of how over powering the salt levels were.

Our first time was okay. The quality and size of the bone in wings were great. Veggies were brownish, not fresh. Was disappointed to see the ranch wasn't anywhere near as good as wingstop. And they forgot my sauce.

Service was amazing. Just a little disappointed with the spice rating. I was expecting more spice for the “hot” rating.

The food sucked to much salt ant the prices are ridiculous. The floors were all sticky snd the gal at the register would give you a blank stare when you asked her something.

Tried this place today for the first time ever & was extremley dissapointed, 4 ouf the 10 wings we ordered were really red still in the middle. The flavors were wrong and the ones we got were terrible, tasted like stright vinegar. To top it off all 3 of us are sick right now.

Chicken wings were a good size and the sauces were all great but what really won me over was the sweet woman with the beautiful purple/pink braids behind the counter. She is the definition of wonderful customer service. Very kind and attentive. She was so patient with my child and just overall had such a warm vibe. Great food, even better people.

Ordered online and was told a half an hour for pickup. When I went to the store, the line was out the door and I was told it would be another hour and a half. When I came back to pick up my order, they couldn't find it. They couldn't cancel the order even with the order number that I was emailed.
