One of the best sandwich shops I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. Not much to look at from the outside, or inside for that matter. The sandwiches however were all fantastic! The Ruben was actually indeed the best one I've ever had anywhere. Can't wait to come back again and try all the other menu items.

Back story here before this place became Grinder Sandwich Co. It was a Mom and Pop restaurant that had the best chicken fried steak breakfast to die for. Unfortunately, the restaurant went belly up and will be missed for its food and excellent service. Grinder Sandwich Co. has good food and service is good.

The sandwiches were good but not great. We waited 45 minutes for deli sandwiches, so if you're in a time crunch, this is not the place to go. We went at 1pm and they were out of many of their items. After waiting for 35 min, we were told one of the meats for one of the sandwiches was out, so that was a bummer after waiting for so long to have to switch our sandwich order. I'd try other sandwich shops before coming back here.

It's a small shop, an owner who puts in work and maybe two employees, only one was there to help. We waited to put in our order, we waited to get our food, longer than normal. One thing you need to understand, if the food is good and it's made to order, lunch rush is going to take some time.The owner apologized frequently to the dining room, making conversation and keeping everyone comfortable. Food comes out and DAMN, that sammy was so good I wanted to slap his mama!! Will go back time and time again whenever I'm in the area.Vegetarian options: Lettuce sammy?
