Experience here was outstanding! The customer service was off the chart. I do think Haagen Daz makes some of the best ice cream out there! When you add the customer service that we had? Priceless? Thank you for an amazing experience.

Love their ice cream but had the most uncomfortable experience came in with my daughter who's 7 on a Tuesday around 530 there's a group of people in a circle on chairs all arguing while what sounded like firing a women. The women kept defending herself and the management was just drilling her, doing this in front of customers was the worst thing I've ever experienced. It was heated and totally unprofessionalI can't respond to your comment so I'll respond here, so where you guys were sitting the women you were questioning was yelling, we were ordering our ice cream and this women was yelling and screaming saying you guys were calling her a liar when your details were wrong. The women who rang me up even apologized that we had to hear you guys. This is not a fake review what you guys did was so inappropriateI think you need to go back and review security camera footage, you were not MORE then 20 feet away from me, when I walked to the far side of where the ice cream is I literally tripped over the back leg of one of the employees chairs involved in the lovely uncomfortable argument. Check your cameras, look for a mom and daughter, watch me trip over the chair and listen to the yelling happening with the employees. The dishonesty in your comments is so wild to me. I was there I experienced it you can't tell me it didn't happen. And the women you have private messaging me going crazy is wild. I'm telling the truth, check your cameras then fix your practices because it was insanely inappropriate

Just left this location. I've been to several Haagen Dazs location, so I knew what to expect. To the two service workers who took our order, your service was phenomenal. We love our ice cream and milkshake. This 1 star is entirely attributed to the nasty, brash dialogue that one of the owners had with one of the workers. Her presence sucked the positivity out of the ambiance as she ridiculed and lectured the gentleman serving me. Her body language only made intensified the discomfort from her attitude. He had done nothing wrong and made our order to a T. Paid with no complaints and tipped as the quality of the service was not his fault at this point. Management should really consider respecting their employees more.

Just tried some of the chocolate, vanilla, and coffee ice cream here the other day. All of it was delicious! The place was very clean and neat. Service was great too. My only issue is the pricing, this is one of the most expensive ice creams shops around. I’d still come back some day when in the area.

First and last time at the place. So overpriced! Ordered a Mini cone that literally had 3 Tablespoons of ice cream on it. Pathetic.

Ordered three midnight cookies and cream sundaes. All three were given to us mostly melted and only HALF FILLED THE CUP. $9 each for melted chocolate ice cream. Yay. Terrible service ... took me and my husband 18 mins to receive a smoothie, a banana split and a mini scoop.... the cashier was giving her employee discount to people in line for the long wait but didn't offer us the discount ?? I'm confused as to why .. she took a lot longer with us .. her scoops were off and she didn't weight them ... it took her a solid 10 mins to make a smoothie ... disappointed. Unless you have 30 mins or more to get icecream then it's worth the wait ..

Actually really good ice cream. Less stars because I was charged over $6 for a kids cone, which seems excessive, and because both times I went in, it smelled like something was wrong with the septic system.

Came in today and got the mint chip it was ok waffle cone disintegrated before I was even done. But that’s not what has me unhappy I go to the register. The young lady tells me the price $9.74 and I go to pay with my Apple Pay and suddenly the bill goes up to $13.47I asked why she didn’t respond. I just asked for my receipt and left since other guests were waiting. I get home. Looked at my receipt and there was an includes tip amount of $4. I probably would’ve tipped two dollars but 40% forced tip seems a little unethical. I’m not worried about the two dollars. Just thought you should know be wary of forced tipping.

Took a sweet little girl for ice cream here. The ice cream was good, but way overpriced ! We ordered one regular single acoop and a child's scoop. Without adding any syrups or toppings or waffle cones, our total was $12! Add in $2 tip and tax and it was nearly $15 for less than two plain scoops of ice cream. I hate to say that I won't be back as we love ice cream and ice cream shops, but can't justify the price for such a small amount of "good" ice cream in a small cup.
