I have a unique name and came at the time of pickup. I was told somebody already picked my food up- they said maybe husband? I said no he’s literally with me, he dropped me off to grab the food. They were acting like it’s my problem they gave our order to someone else. Clearly they need a different verification in place- I can only imagine someone saying they have a carry out and the hostess just assumed which order without verifying a name… or having the names in huge font facing the customers to point at and say that’s mine. I pulled up my name and order number for her to verify. Not really impressed with our first time eating from here and haven’t even tried the food yet. I waited at the front for 30 mins for new food to be made. I’m also 8 months pregnant and was not happy for having to unnecessarily wait over 45 mins for food… also my husband had added in the notes he wanted chicken instead of pork and they still gave him pork. Overall not impressed at all. We for certain won’t be ordering carry out from here again as someone behind me had an issue with their carry out order as well- the restaurant charged them, but didn’t receive the order. We may try dining in person that way if the requested substitution wasn’t made, my husband can get the meat replaced rather than go without. I’m not sure why the order took 30 mins when I was waiting in the restaurant. That irked me the most, as the carry out time frame is 15-20 mins. Overall the food was good, but certainly put a sour taste in our mouths after our order was stolen and we were made to wait… we also had tipped 20% when placing the order and definitely didn’t receive that service.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT CARE AT ALL!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE!!!!
Ordered on 1/4 directly from their website. Doordash driver delivered the totally wrong order, all sushi we ordered ramen and don't eat sushi, apparently he switched ours with another. Called and spoke to the owner who indicated that they were aware of the issue, he contacted Menufy and they would be issuing a refund. $72.22 charged to the account, no refund, no calls back, no offer of further assistance or anything to make up for this. I guess I will be calling back again today. We used to really enjoy this place but likely won't be returning due to having money taken from us and not getting our order.

Edit: called Haru to check on the refund, was told by the woman that answered their system show it's been refunded, told her the money had not been returned, she indicated she would need to call menufy and I needed to call her back. I told her she needed to call me back because I am not chasing them for their mistakes.

Best ramen I've had in the springs. The place was clean, and the staff was attentive. The spicy tonkotsu ramen was my favorite! Pork belly was suuuuper tender, and everything was perfect. Will definitely go back.

Mediocre. Tells a lot about your service when you get seated and wait over 20 minutes before a server comes to ask what you would like to drink. By this time we just went ahead and ordered food: 2 appetizers, 1 ramen, and 1 sushi roll. An appetizer came out 45 minutes later, then the ramen after another 20 minutes, then the sushi in another 10 minutes. We had to remind them about the second appetizer, which they completely forgot about. Food was ok, but nothing special. Mostly par for the course in Colorado Springs. Spent over 2 hours here for a simple meal for two people. This place is significantly overrated and review inflated based on folks that have low to any expectations for quality in their food.

I have never had service so bad that I have written a review before, and yet this place finally made me do it. The sushi we ordered took an hour to come out, only for it to be poorly made. The ramen we ordered was undercooked, and the staff continually tried to rush us out before we even got our food. When we got only half of the food we ordered (we ordered all of our food when we first came in) they once again tried to make us leave due to them closing soon. By this point we had been in the restaurant for two hours. We decided to leave with our food to go. I highly recommend no one go here if you are looking for a quick place to eat.

An interesting blending of hole in the wall and trying for ambiance. I highly recommend the special seating at the back... take off your shoes and relax

As for the food, it is exceptional. Every dish in the menu is very well prepared.

This is the best ramen I’ve ever and I’m literally dreaming about it. We’ve been here twice now and both times it absolutely blew our minds. I will say, it was very chaotic and busy both times we went, but absolutely worth it. For anyone considering it, I’d suggest trying the pork buns, tonkatsu, and gyoza!!

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian ramen with tofu. Tons of sushi options as well.
