After I ordered Heart of Jerusalem on postmates (awful company)It too almost and hour to find a driver to pick it up, my food had been sitting for so long, I called the restaurant and they were so awesome about remaking my order so it would be fresh when the driver got there! Vanessa was so understanding! Great customer service! Will not be using postmates again though!

The food here is amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes Mediterranean food. Our waitress was also very kind and accommodating for my large family. Since this is a smaller restaurant, it takes a bit longer to get food but it is worth it.

Place seemed run down, very old designs. The Northgate location is much better. I would recommend not coming at night as the area seems kind of sketchy.Waitress provided minimum service. My wife asked a question, and the waitress just pointed at the menu. She can read it. The question wasn't on the menu. Also kept staring consistently at us strangely (not in a "do they need service?" way). She also got very upset about no tip saying as we walked out to a customer who ordered online, "they spent $60 and left no tip. Can you believe that?" Not my fault you rely on tips. The food was pretty good. I got the sampler kabob, but only got line two pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of lamb, which seemed odd. The falafel are not very good.Overall, I could not recommend this location, but the Northgate one I can.

We had a good experience at Heart of Jerusalem on Feb 10, 2024. It was our first trip to a Middle Eastern restaurant. We got a chicken kabob, ultimate gyro, manakeesh, and baklava. Our favorite was definitely the gyro. Also, the hummus was amazing! I was also impressed that they asked us about being a police officer, teacher, or first responder because they give a 10% discount to these individuals.

The best hummus in Colorado Springs with a cozy family-like atmosphere. I haven’t been in for years and forgot how good the food is. Won’t make that mistake again. Great vegetarian options and the baklava was *chefs kiss*Service was attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back.Thank you!
