So this is my TEN star review. I left a 5 for them last week when I first tried this restaurant. This week I tried the Heart of Jerusalem gyro plate and the dolmas!!! The complexity of flavors has not failed to amaze either time I’ve been here now. I have some ongoing business up in the Springs for the next few Wednesdays, and plan to keep coming here on each of those trips, plus many more times in the future. The drive up from Pueblo is ABSOLUTELY worth it. The staff is so friendly and the food is fresh and delicious! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Colorado Springs!

So I’ve been told about Heart of Jerusalem, and THIS location specifically, by a good friend of mine. They absolutely did not disappoint!!! The portions are phenomenal! The service and staff is very amiable! And the food…let’s talk about those FLAVORS!! Oh my….will DEFINITELY be frequenting this spot any time I’m up here from Pueblo in the future. I had the Ultimate Plate today. I have some business in Springs again one week from today, and will be coming back to try the gyros!! Would give them well beyond five stars if I could!!

This place is so charming and SO authentic! I had the veggie plate with some slight modifications to make it Gluten Free. The Dolmas were some of the best I’ve ever had and the falafel were shaped like cute little hearts and SO tasty. Definitely will be back!

I recently visited from out of town and was disappointed by the quality and freshness of the vegetarian food. Having grown up with Levantine cuisine, I have high standards, but given the high prices here, I expected them to be upheld. Unfortunately, the baklava was soggy and overly sweet, and the falafel lacked moisture. Overall, the meal did not meet expectations.

Absolutely top notch. This is the best middle eastern food in town aside from the other Heart of Jerusalem locations of course. The portions are solid, the taste is supreme. This is a great place for a date or to bring family. Or to get a meal that will definitely give you enough for leftovers.

Try the sage tea. Just do it.

My family and I came for lunch after visiting the Garden of Gods and were pleasantly surprised with how amazing everything was! The food was beyond our expectations and great portions. We ordered the Ultimate Platter, baklava, a few appetizers, and loved it all!

This used to be my favorite Greek place. This time the food tasted completely different. The dolmas were warmed on the grill. The tabouleh had very bad tasting vinegarette on top of it. It tastes like they changed their recipes.

Hands down one of my favorite places to eat! I always take home a gallon of sage tea. I swear it helps with hot flashes and keep me from sipping tons of wine :)
