I visited this place the day before Thanksgiving. The organization they had for people with and without orders was very efficient. Surprisingly, the customer service at the door was fantastic. The lady greeting people directed them to their respective areas. The gentleman selected the ham and rung up our ordered it, I don’t think he was very knowledgeable and took advantage of the situation. Make sure the customer service is friendly by the time you reach the cash register. The guy seemed new or maybe was just having a bad day as I felt like I was hurdle through the process.

We got a great ham for Christmas dinner. We go there every year and always have a good experience. We order and pay online ahead of time which gets us in and out in just a couple of minutes. Everyone there is very friendly and the ham is always delicious.

We have come to this Honey-baked Ham Company every year for Christmas to get a ham. We always pre-order and pay in advance. Today we went to pick up our ham, went through the prepaid line, and while they were packaging up our ham they tell us it will be $20 more than we had already paid. Supposedly this was because it was heavier. I didn’t want or need a heavier ham. If I had, I wouldn’t have ordered the one I did order. So the price went from $55-$75. Granted the ham was 3/4 of a pound heavier but that evidently cost $20. This is completely unacceptable that they can just charge $20 more to your account when you order and pre-pay. What is the purpose of pre-ordering if they don’t have the right size when you arrive at the time that they tell you to? We will never be going back to honeybaked ham. There are plenty of places to buy honey ham that are less expensive and won’t rip us off.

We've always loved Honey Baked Ham Company and you get great quality at a fair price. Whether a quick sandwich to go or a full holiday meal, they are superb and consistent state to state. We have never been disappointed.

Subpar at best. Hospital food tastes better, disappointing because the photos online of the menu make it look so good and then you get your sandwich and realize you could make it home for cheaper and it would taste better.Not to mention the cookies are frozen… I’d skip this for a lunch option.
