Nice place ! Everything looks clean and tidy there, the staff seem happy friendly and nice which is a change, always super busy - if you are a Dasher and you get an order from here plan a 15-minute wait, only once have I ever been given the food from here on time every other time no 15 to 35 45 minute wait. Though I'm not sure how it is for customers.

Poor service stood there in the entrance for 15mins with not a word said to us. Usually I like this place but come on guys!

I stumbled onto this little gem quite by accident when I was particularly hungry! Food was fabulous! I had a soft shell crab roll that is still making my mouth water when I think about it! Good, friendly service and very clean! Pretty big menu to!

Amazingly fresh sushi; carefully and beautifully prepared. I dined with a number of other people so we had a large selection of sashimi, rolls, etc to sample and everything was terrific. I had the OCC roll which has seared tuna, tempura asparagus, cucumber and avocado. It was a nice light, crunchy roll that I definitely will have again. Even the wasabi and gari was of a higher quality here (prepared fresh in house?)

I have had sushi at the most acclaimed spots in the States; from Akiko's and Hashiri's in San Francisco and Sushi Taro in DC. I have enjoyed sushi in Sappora and Narita; and, in Tokyo at the 3-Michelin Star Sukiyabashi Jiro (yep, 3 month waiting list). So, it is with a considerable frame of reference that I would put Sushi Spot just under Jiro. While the establishment is small and unpretentious. its fare is absolutely exceptional both in the quality of the fish; the preperation of the rice; and the presentation on the plate. This was my second visit in two weeks and the experience was as fulfilling and impressive the second time as it was the first. The only item upon which they can be marked down is the ginger dressing on the salad -- its a bit thin and understated. The presentation is epic, from the garnishes of bananna leaves, shredded radish, mint leaf and orchid; to the touches on each piece of nigiri and the complimentary slices of sashimi. The pickled ginger is the freshest I have had in town and makes one wonder if its made in house; the wasabi also is of a quality that you wonder if it is real, rather than the reconstituted paste most often found. The service is attentive and truly interested in your dining experience. There is nothing that detract from your sushi experience at the Suchi Spot. In short, I regret writing this review as I fear my discovery of heaven on Earth will soon be overrun.
Awesome place, the sushi was amazing and the wait staff was the best

Now Currently called Sushi Spot definitely my favorite Sushi Restaurant in the springs.

Our new favorite sushi spot! Everything was super fresh and amazing! The sushi bar is right in the middle of the restaurant so it is really fun to watch the chef make the rolls!

I was surprised how good and fresh it was, it being in a strip center. Definitely adding Sushi O to my lunch rotation.
