My husband and I stumbled upon this food truck picking up groceries. We’re so happy we did! Their dinner menu is so tasty and authentic. We were able to try their breakfast menu, and it did not disappoint. We got an array of delicious tacos and the chilaquiles. Amazing & thoughtful service, and fantastic food!
After two weeks in Mexico, came back to the Springs looking for the real deal. And we found it! The tacos and chilaquiles are excellent. Really nice mix of flavors. My wife loved the cafe de olla - perfectly spiced, not overly sweet. A little piece of CDMX heaven right here in the Springs. Go there, NOW!
If you know anything about anything when it comes to real street tacos prepare to have your mind blown. Theres no lack of authenticity while also adding a touch of uniquness when it comes to Huevones! Their Tacos will have you understandbly question why they dont have a brick and mortar store!
