I had an outstanding experience at IHOP because of an outstanding server named Brandon. He was friendly, punctual, professional and very kind. During one of his runs, he stopped by to ask what I was listening to in my earphones and we had a great and brief conversation about Germany and rock bands. Brandon is what distinguishes a great server from a good server - I genuinely felt cared for. I have a buffet of mental illness things and it's difficult enough to be in public places with being constantly watched, so experiences like these go a long way for me. Thank you Brandon and IHOP at Constitution!

Came here, Easter sunday, for breakfast with the family, surprisingly no wait. Our waitress Megan was amazing! She was so kind and patient with us, we had 2 small kids getting them to pick what they wanted to eat took some time. Also, they have really revamped the menu, so making a choice was difficult, too many options. I chose the Colorado omlete and my side as pancakes. The omlete was great, the egg was very fluffy, the meat had a great flavor, and the salsa paired so well! The classic buttermilk pancakes were just as good as I remembered! They were fluffy and rich with flavor. They no longer keep the flavored syrups out, so you have to ask if you want something other than maple. It was so much food that I only ate half of the pancakes and a 3rd of the omlete. Definitely want to come back to try other options from the large menu.

Our food took a while and there were some issues with them running out of creamer, but the waitress was professional and put together.Kid-friendliness: Very easy to bring your family here. They always have crayons and color sheets along with entertaining food.

Our waitress Megan was so sweet and had great customer service. They were busy, but she was still working super hard and on point. She answered our questions and had good recommendations. Thank you Megan ?.I asked who the cooks were today because the food was delicious and perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The cooks Leo and Sandra did a really good job with our food. Thank you for a great breakfast. Keep up the great work. I'll definitely come back again if Leo, Sandra and Megan are working. Thank you!!!!!!Kid-friendliness: They were super nice to our son. Our son ordered a sprite, kids' burger, and apple sauce. He loved it! He said it was DELICIOUS!!!!!

What a frustrating experience when we arrived early to allow time, and ordered only four plates, to have multiple tables come eat, and leave while we wait for our food and our server takes a solid 15-20minute break between 1215pm-1245 that it takes 3-4 staff members to find our ticket and have the food made… because it was completely lost. This is not all on the server of course… The kitchen dropped the ball as they had the order.. I would hope… but to be the first table as you walk out of the kitchen and have every server walk out and not wonder why one table with some very hungry but surprisingly well behaved kids sit wondering why everyone else ate excepts us that got there after us.Enjoy your food if it comes, it’s great. But we’ll never be back to this location. Stetson hills is where we will go from now on.
