I have to sadly write this review due to having a terrible experience early this morning around 1:30 -2:00 a.m. my group of eight came out after a night out and when we arrived we were sit down in the area that created a lot of echo and with this being said we were laughing and talking about our night the waiter that we had named Kiara was extremely rude to us proceeded to walk over and say I will kick you out if you do not keep it down this is the second time this week and there are children here who are behaving better than y'all. We were all shocked considering we were not being any way obnoxious it was just the noise echoing off the walls and with this being said we let it go because maybe we were being disrespectful we stopped and proceeded to be quiet. As time went on it bothered us but we stayed and we ordered and this is when the second incident happened when our last group member ordered my friend asked the waiter if she can put in the same exact order as hers but to go and the waiter proceeded to tell her umm you need to wait till I finish his order. Again completely shocked how we were spoken to completely rude for no reason we even had to wait a good 15 minutes to 30 minutes for our food which is understandable due to the size of our group but again she never checked on us to see if we need more water or coffee then when we received our meals, we then were checked on to see if everything was great and we said yes and we proceeded to finish our meal and pay and leave. It is very shocking to us to be spoken like this considering we have had this particular waiter and that was about a month ago and she was amazing provided amazing service and spoke with us with respect and to see this it was highly disappointing considering we were polite and respectful the entire time and I felt that we could have been spoken to in a better manner. I did speak with a manager this evening about the situation and I was told that she will speak to her. Hopefully this can be changed because it will be sad if we cannot come back to this location because we absolutely enjoy having a meal here but we won't be returning if this continues to happen.

My service Club has met at this Stetson Hills IHOP for years. The food is decent, but we could always count on the best service from our waitress, Crystal. She was always attentive, friendly and efficient. Even though there are many of us in the club, she memorized our drinks and already knew what most of us wanted or needed with our meals. When my friends and I go to IHOP for a non-club meal, we always asked to sit in Crystal's section. So if you ever need to go to the Stetson Hills IHOP, ask for Crystal.

Been coming here for early morning breakfast for a while. The last 2 times we’ve been in, the restaurant has been unbearably cold. We’ve complained to the server who told us he wasn’t allowed to adjust the heat. Today, it was so cold that the food came out cold. Butter won’t melt on the pancakes. Hashbrowns, cold. Coffee, cold. We will no longer be back

Kiara made the whole experience worth it. I didnt even like ihop tbh but was dragged there for my friends bday party but kiara changed me opinion on the whole franchise

Seems they had their staff too stretched. It took our server a good 10 minutes to get to us. Then we were not checked on. They started 4 tables at once, he already had 4 tables he was serving. The food was not as good. Gravy had clumps of mix in it. Not the best experience.
While ihop itself may not be 5 stars, Taylor made it a 5 star experience. For every question we had, she had a solution. And she helped us get the best combo for what we wanted. Hashbrowns were okay. Everything else was awesome! Amazing pancakes, as one would hope, and even the decaf was great.

Theresa was an awesome server! The restaurant seemed fairly busy (10am ish on a Sunday) and she was fast, efficient, and all around great. The food was delicious and everything was made exactly as we asked. We love this location and will be back again.
