We came for late night snacks and a work-away-from-home situation, and they were very accommodating to both our food requests and letting us sit near an outlet. Laura especially was very kind and courteous and seated us quickly, made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in periodically throughout the night.

Laura was FANTASTIC!!! Food was terrific. I had the beef tips! YUM. But Laura made the meal even BETTER. She was friendly, professional, attentive, anticipated our needs, and even offered us "to go" cups for our drinks. She understands was TRUE customer service is. We were there with a friend and I gave her a cash tip. She needs to be a trainer and then a manager. I was in customer supervisor for 25 years. If I wasn't retired I would try to steal her. Please commend and recognize Laura for going above and beyond. We will be back and ask for her. By the way, she was wonderful prior to me giving her the tip. This is just how she is. Keep her, you need her. Give her a raise!!!

For review, there's two of them nearby, but it doesn't matter. They are both great IHOPs. It doesn't take long to be seated. Even when it gets crowded during evening hours. We told the server we are big coffee drinkers and had a hot fresh pot of coffee. It's great that you can order anything of the menu. I ordered a hamburger and my wife ordered breakfast. Came out fresh and hot under 10 minutes. Staff were courteous and attentive. Would recommend this Diner to everyone.

Server was good but our food was not hot. It took 30 min to get our food and it wasn't that tasty. Cheese on my eggs were not melted probably because it had been thrown on after it sat for 20 min. Meh. We used a cupon but you have to buy 2 drinks to get the discount. Not returning. Thought I'd give it another try because of the cupon. DISAPPOINTING

Food was good, but when they served it to us it was cold. The Mac and cheese were cold. There wasn’t much people in the ihop today and they seated us in the way back. And the other people who came in got seated away from us. There were people eyeing us too.
