Excessive wait times. When asked for an ETA staff could only respond they were the only ones working. Waited over 30 minutes for a pick up order that was submitted before I arrived. There were multiple waiting including 4 people who just wanted to pay and leave.

How can we not love this place. Good food. Amazing atsmophere, amazing servers and manager. Place was clean, food came out fast and will be making this ihop my every weekend spot

We missed the sign: wait to be seated. So we seated ourselves. As a result we waited 5 minutes before going back to the front so we could get menus & service. Food was good and waitress did speed up service when we told her we seated ourselves.

Gina (Eujenia) and Melanie are the absolute best. They both attended to us today and they were superb. These are the associates that keep the customers coming back. They are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Please commend them on their superior customer service.

Quality of the food is very good. They are flexible with modifying your order. EGG WHITE OMELETTE was one such example. Waffles highly recommend. Extensive menu. Service by our server was basic. Very clean family style restaurant

I gave this location one star but they deserve none. I took my family to this location and we were the only BLACK individuals there. We were there for 16 minutes and was never offered anything except a seat. We didn't even get water. At the 16th minute after the hour, I noticed the hostess started at the front of the restaurant asking everyone how was everything, she never came to our table. The part that is upset me the most was I had both of my grandbabies with me, 1 & 2 years of age and I had no explanation when my 2 year old granddaughter ask me about food. How do I explain to her that based on the way we were treated we were not welcomed there. I have ran into several racists individuals since I moved to Colorado Springs. This particular time really got to me because my grandbabies were treated this way. I am tired of cowardly racist who's behavior is based on lies or misinformation about BLACK people. Do your research and then come at us. Of course, if I reacted to the Hostess behavior then I would be labeled the angry black lady and told the way we were treated was not racial. How would you respond if it was your family.
