I have just moved here and I found your staff and food to be wonderful. I'm a very shy person and really was thankful for the staff for being so patient and accommodating.

I gave this location one star but they deserve none. I took my family to this location and we were the only BLACK individuals there. We were there for 16 minutes and was never offered anything except a seat. We didn't even get water. At the 16th minute after the hour, I noticed the hostess started at the front of the restaurant asking everyone how was everything, she never came to our table. The part that is upset me the most was I had both of my grandbabies with me, 1 & 2 years of age and I had no explanation when my 2 year old granddaughter ask me about food. How do I explain to her that based on the way we were treated we were not welcomed there. I have ran into several racists individuals since I moved to Colorado Springs. This particular time really got to me because my grandbabies were treated this way. I am tired of cowardly racist who's behavior is based on lies or misinformation about BLACK people. Do your research and then come at us. Of course, if I reacted to the Hostess behavior then I would be labeled the angry black lady and told the way we were treated was not racial. How would you respond if it was your family.
Excellent food and customer service would recommend you come see Gina beautiful personality and a wonderful server.

Great service, food was not perfect, but still good even if eggs were either under or over cooked.

Went here as a last resort on Thanksgiving, and had no wait, while still having fresh, hot food. Was not disappointed by the staff at all, and the location was clean.

Tasted like box food. Over priced, $55 for 2. They charge $5 for each coffee. Won't be back.

**Review:**
I visited IHOP at 4 AM when it was only 18 degrees outside. Although there were customers present and seating available, the staff did not seat me for quite some time.
When I finally received attention, the server, who walked in from outside, rudely said, "You didn’t see the sign?" The sign indicating they didn't open until 6 AM was poorly placed at the top of the door and printed in fine ink, making it hard to read. This was particularly confusing since the outside sign advertised 24-hour service.
Despite offering to-go orders, there was no effort to provide basic hospitality, such as coffee or water. A simple greeting would have made a significant difference. Overall, this visit was disappointing, and I hope for improved service in the future.
If you bring their coupon they print from the back of the king soopers/safeway receipt make sure to do your math first! They offer an option for 20% off the entire check or one entree off when ordering two drinks and an entree. I was charged for 20% off for a discount of 7 dollars but if my waitress had used the other option of the free entree she could have saved me 10$ more! It was an easy choice that anyone could see was the better saving option. When I mentioned it to our server she blamed the other girl working and said she printed the receipt, not her. She did not apologize or offer to fix it. (Not name dropping you your welcome) I used to be a server and I'm not dumb. Raise the check average and your tip gets bigger. So I just took the difference from her tip instead so she lost out trying to hustle unaware customers. If you must know the protocol is to tip on the entirety of the bill before your coupon discount so you should be receiving the whole tip regardless, that way it's in your best interest to look out for the guests and give them the price they deserve. Perhaps ihop needs to give their servers a test in basic arithmetic before hiring. Which is a better savings? 7$ or $17? Whatch your checks at this location they are stealing the hard earned dollars out of the unaware customers pockets. Otherwise everything was average as you'd expect from an ihop.
