We just went to this location for breakfast and it was horrible. The service was bad, the food was cold. And when we mentioned it to the staff that it was horrible they didn't say anything or do anything. Just had the attitude of whatever.

I don't really care for chain restaurants especially ihop since service has been declining so severely. But even short staffed thus location the workers were really trying. They were doing their best. The gentlemen who was waiting on us was new and learning and he put so much effort into getting things right it left an awesome impression. That is what made this location truly stand out.
The food was OK. Bacon was well cooked as was the waffles. Flavor is nothing to write home about and ihop desperately needs to find a new coffee supplier.
Place was clean but some sketchy people in the area. Nothing the store can do about that, just be aware. Still good experience and the chain has their staff to thank for that.

5/20/25 Update: Thought we'd try again and must give a shout out to our server Ryan. He did everything he possibly could to give us great service and was completely professional and fast. The man deserves a raise with the praise!
5/11/25 Third time was not a charm here. It's a weird experience when you sit at a table waiting for your food while your party eats theirs, only to have yours brought in a to go box since it wasn't ready until everyone else had finished. Pancakes shouldn't take longer than a philly at a pancake restaurant.

We were greeted & sat immediately when entering the restaurant the server was prop with taking our order and delivering it. She was very polite and patient and fulfilled every request we asked for. Thank you for the great service and we will see you again soon.
Needed to have a restaurant meal, dine in style. With my son. What a beautiful day for it. Did one of my buying an unsuspecting table their meal. Felt good, especially incognito.
