This is the first IHOP I have eaten at in this part of town. The food was good and identical to other IHOPs. The service was very good. My wife thought she ordered a diet Pepsi but got a pepsi, and she was going to reorder, but the waitress her talking to me and brought her a diet pepsi without asking.

Ordered breakfast for delivery the other morning and when it finally showed up it was highly disappointing.We ordered a full stack of buttermilk pancakes and requested extra syrup... Or pancakes were cold, flaky and falling apart, and as far as the syrup goes they supplied only 1 SINGLE serving of syrup. The delivery driver didn't notify us off the arrival of our food order at all. The shake we ordered wasn't blended correctly and was half melted already as well. I've worked for a few different diners in my life; Village Inn included, so I know that there are standards all orders are supposed to follow and mine was far from it....

U should remove your “ open 24 hours “ sign you boast on your building if ur not actually 24 hours , found better service at Academy location which does have a “open 24 hours” and actually are open 24

This place sucks and especially if you are Mexican they are very racist found out the hard way we waited for 45 and no one came to the table to get our drinks order went to talk to one of the employees she came and got our drinks tem minutes later I believe the manager came over and took our order another 45 went by we didn't get anything so we decided to walk out of the place I have never been humiliated so much before I think no one wanted to serve us because we were speaking spanish and not one of the employees or server came to our table to take our order I will never set a foot in this place ever again

Sasha was a great server. She was great with handling unique orders, quick and attentive, and asked if we enjoyed our food, which doesn't happen in very many restaurants anymore. She was exactly the type of server I'd want when dining at IHOP. The food was tasty and hot. Great experience.
