used to love it but the dry liquid eggs that taste like hospital eggs were gross! They weren't busy so no need to make a huge batch(I could tell,worked a breakfast place for years) and my sausage was deep fried.Again I know from experience. Cold toast and Biscuits and gravy comes with a small container of gravy that only covered one side of the biscuit. And only having regular syrup now is ridiculous. No wonder it was dead on s Saturday morning. Quality of good has gone way down!

15620 Panama City beach IHop. we are typically not ones to complain about service or experience, but this one I have to. We party of 3) checked in for a table and was told it was a 20-30 min wait. At 9:30 AM which was fine. there were plenty of empty tables, and a handful of people waiting. We waited about 30 mins and had not been seated yet. 3 other parties came in after us and were seated before us. we then asked the hostess about our wait. about 10 mins later we were seated. Our waitress was Stevie. She came to our table and seemed fine in the beginning. she took our drink orders and said she would be right back with them, silverware, and the fixings. We waited a good while for the drinks, and when we finally got them she give us napkins, silverware or straws, and she didn’t stay long enough for us to ask. A while went by and she come back and took our order. we asked for silverware and straws. We got those in a timely manner. 15 minutes went by. 30 minutes. 45 minutes. Other tables that were seated way after us, got their food and some had even finished and paid. Still no food (basic orders) she came by asked if we wanted refills. Glasses empty for a while. She came back and said our order will be up in 3. an hour goes by. Still no food. we asked another waitress about it and 5 mins later our waitress brings our order out. Our food cold and lukewarm. We did not receive our 2 orders of pancakes. She finally came back around and we told her he haven’t received the pancakes. She disappears for a WHILE. She comes back and brings one order of pancakes (blueberry) and said the other will be up shortly. Still no pancakes and again she disappears for a while. She comes back after a while. Gives us the check. we stop her and tell her we still have not received one order of pancakes. She leaves and comes back shortly with pancakes. They are plain pancakes. We ordered the cookie butter. We tell her and she leaves. Again, she is gone for a while and finally comes back with my pancakes. She then disappears for a long time again. we ask a buss boy to get the manager. He comes back with someone and turns out she’s just a hostess. We ask again for the manager. Our waitress says she will go get her. She is gone for a long while and finally comes back with “the manager”. Her manager was Teresa. Teresa was in cook clothes with batter and other ingredients on her clothes. We started to explain the situation and Teresa didn‘t really handle the situation as a manager. she did not have the etiquette of a manager. She was giving some bullcrap response not pertaining to the situation. There was another woman present (I did not catch her name) and she made a sarcastic comment as well We did not appreciate or was necessary from a manager. we did not mind paying the bill in full as we planned on, but we expected something to be done to make the situation better or right. Teresa did not give me manager energy , so As I was leaving I asked one of the hostess for the manager on duty’s name. She said it was Raina. we didnt speak to a Raina, so I’m writing this review for Raina, and others about this highly disappointing experience. We left the restaurant a little after 12:00 PM. do better.

Took my 2 boys in (2 under 2) which can be very stressful the waitress got our order in super fast and our food was ready fairly quickly. The manager gave my son a little fish toy to keep him occupied.

The hostess/manager sat us right away and asked us what we wanted to drink.
We had the cinnamon balls first there were very good, way better than taco bells.
I had the steak tips and eggs and they were very tasty with the onions/mushrooms and not over seasoned. While my daughter had the spinach and mushroom omelet with the hollandaise sauce. She said it tasted good.
I will have to say this location knows how to do the hashbrowns right! Other locations I've tried they were hard and crunchy but these were cooked just right.
The waitress was friendly and attentive. It was very quiet in there and nice music was playing.
Came in for breakfast and either they were short staffed or didn’t expect a rush at the time I came in but it was only the manager and a server working the tables and hosting and as a manager of a restaurant I want to say they worked so well in unison and the flow of it all was amazing to watch. I also want to acknowledge the kitchen staff. I’m not sure how many were back there, but they were professional with with the server and produced my food quickly for how busy it was. My omelette was great as well. I didn’t get the names of the staff because I didn’t want to disrupt their flow but they were amazing.
