helen and river were very rude ignored me multiple times and gave me attitude when i asked about a burger that wasnt on the menu the food was good but the service from these two were terrible

In-N-Out never disappoints when it comes to taste. The burgers are juicy, the veggies are fresh, and the shakes are classic. However, this location in The Springs was absolutely packed when I visited. While the staff worked hard to keep the line moving, it took about 20 minutes to get my food. Still, once I took that first bite of my Double-Double with extra cheese, I forgot all about the wait. Just plan your visit during off-peak hours!
