Stopped in for a quick treat ~ so many great options to choose from, the dining area was clean and the staff were very pleasant!

This location has excellent employees. It would be really nice if you offered an option to tip on the credit card machine. Very few people carry cash anymore! It makes a customer feel bad when they can’t leave a tip! Just a suggestion… the peanut butter frozen yogurt is the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had!!!

The yogurt was okay. I’ve definitely had better. They had a huge selection of toppings which was very nice. The manager on duty who I believe their name was Jasper? Yelled to everyone in the lobby that they were closing in 10 minutes. Never have I had that happen before anywhere that I have been and it was very shocking. I work in management and if one of my employees did that they would receive a write up at minimum. Very disrespectful.

Food was solid, what youd expect. The staff member that was working was quite rude, we were shouted at that we needed to leave as they were closing soon. I understand that they want to clean, etc, but being yelled at to leave was pretty rude and poor service. They had a terrible attitude.

Came here for a quick sweet treat! It’s been years.
Still one same. There’s different bowl options which is cool. Lots of toppings and some flavors.
Sucks they were out of strawberry and a few others. That’s why it’s a 3 star.

Incredible staff incredible flavors ! I have had great experiences here and would highly recommend anyone to come try out this place. I love the atmosphere and decorations they always have out. Thanks for always making this place a great place for me and my family !

$36 for 4 servings of frozen yogurt. Can't wait for this company to go bankrupt.

We arrived at this place, and there was no one at the cash register. It is pretty much a self-service place except that you do need to stop at the cash register to pay. There were out I'd several flavors, and no sign was posted. We had to wait for the cashier to return from being outside in order to pay. It is also a pretty price place and poor service.

A local favorite for froyo! I really like the rotating flavors but PLEASE BRING BACK THE BANANNA!

Disappointed that there were zero gluten free options

My husband and I often come to ITopIt and usually have a very good experience. Last night was not one of those times. I got there was three of my friends at 8pm and there was only one worker there. There was still an hour until closing time, but it looks like she was already locking up. We went to get our toppings and literally while we were at the bar. She was removing all of the tongs and spoons so we couldn’t get any of the toppings. We sat down and had our frozen yogurt and at least six more people came in after us and all experienced the same thing. You could tell that she was there just for the paycheck and she made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by being there. It was very offputting. I like this place and we’ll go back but during the day when the staff is friendlier.

Beautifully clean, fresh and well kept. I am so impressed and so was my wife for her first time in.
