These cake pops are just the best! The cakes are absolutely delicious & so beautiful! I had them for a couples baby shower & probably could have used twice as many as I had !! This company is a pleasure to deal with - the pops were delivered to my door - so helpful. Definitely my "go to" for cake.

I wrote a review a couple months ago when this company charged my card twice for product I ordered for my daughter's birthday and REFUSED to refund the money. I'm writing again because here we are, 5 months later, and I go to check my credit card statements for this month and they have charged my card AGAIN for the same transaction. They obviously have kept my information on hand and are able to rerun it whenever in the world they feel like it. Thankfully we're talking credit card so I'm able to dispute the charge AGAIN, but it seems like I'm to the point where I'm going to have to get a new card so they don't keep trying to steal my money. Need any other feedback?! I think not....

Got three Groupons for them and have been trying for 4 months to redeem the orders. Called repeatedly, emailed, drove to office (it was closed) left Facebook messages - nothing. I was counting on these for a birthday party and wound up at King Sooper's for a cake. Miserable, AND I am out the $ for the 3 Groupons.

Joni you are just a mean person!! I order cupcakes and cake pops that my 3 year old son pick out for his birthday. I confirmed with you regarded the pick up last Thursday for a Friday pick up. When we went to get there they were not. Than Levi, who is so clueless for having worked there forever, said maybe you were delivering them. We called and called to no avail. Then you left a message saying someone postpone the order. That is a lie!! I spoke to you directly. It is sad to disappoint a 4 year old on their birthday. I am unfortunately sure that this is not the first time you have done this. You can change your company name and your location but you continue to be a poor exuse for a business. You certainly have earned you "F" from the BBB. Don't be fooled this is couture cupcakes but they made so many enemies under that name that they changed the name and location. Stay away

I have tried leaving phone messages, stopping in to find they aren't actually open as advertised, and emailed over half a dozen times to pick up a simple order. They have terrible customer service, and since I was never able to pick up any food, I cannot say anything about their food, but based on their service, it isn't worth the hassle.

I am still trying to use my group on, first visits after not being able to get a call returned I got a message on face boo to come in early and when I got there there was a sign on the door that due to being busy with group on they were only delivering per ordered items, second visit place was open but there was less than a dozen cake pops, the man said that someone would be bringing more in about an hour, 3rd visit there was a sign on the door that they were closed due to a family emergency.

If I could have given them a zero star rating, I would. I agree with ALL the other reviewers. DO NOT DO,BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Their products are inferior, their service is appalling & we will never return!

I agree with all of the reviewers. This business SUCKS. Don't waste your time. First off, the owner was very rude when placing my orders. I proceeded to placed my orders, which were for my daughter's Christmas party. Showed up and they were closed. I went back 3 other times that day and no one was there. My daughter was extremely disappointed. Who does that to a child on Christmas???? I posted a comment on their facebook with my complaint warning everyone. Instead of trying to resolve the problem they just deleted the post. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. BEWARE A VERY SHADDY BUSINESS.

Bought the groupon thinking I was catching a deal. I went in and apprently the manager/baker or who ever was out of town and some guy was working the place. No menus, barely anything in the case and service was really slow. I was the 2nd customer in there at the time. I left really displeased but even more so after tasting my cookies. They were dry and hard. My 2 yr old could have done a better job. This place is a joke and the shop like ran down. I will never return nor will I tell anyone to go there. Save your money and go to a legit place with some sense and style when it comes to products. If I could give this place 0 stars i would have.

I have never been so disappointed and so ripped off as I was by your company. I purchased a $20 coupon from Groupon. When I got there to order cookies I was charged an additional $21.37 for a dozen cookies I ordered. They had none on hand to show me but personally, dumb me, assumed $41.37 would buy some really outstanding cookies. NOT After 3 trips to pick them up (you were closed when you had me scheduled for pick up), I received 12 of the tackiest looking cookies. I can purchase these at the grocery store for $4.49 a dozen and frankly those look better. I have also contacted Groupon and I will tell everyone I know. $41.37 for cookies a small child could make is ridiculous

Pretty much agree with the other 2 reviewers. Only form of contact seems to be with facebook. Then if they don't like your comments instead of trying to correct the issue they just delete the comments. Ordered $200 dollars worth of cookies to be picked up on a certain day. They decided not to open that day and didn't bother calling. Actually posted on facebook that the order would be ready on the day of, but when we showed up at the shop it was closed. After calling again and leaving yet another unreturned message, they posted another comment on facebook that they hadn't opened all day and the order would be ready for tomorrow. Said they would deliver, but haven't received a phone call nor have they answered the phone to discuss this arangement. Haven't yet picked up the cookies because still waiting and can't comment on how good they are. The service however is awful. If you have all the time in the world and think they are a great bakery then sure give them a shot. If you want a professional shop to deal with that delivers on their promises go somewhere else. Never again will I or anyone I contact with do buisness with them again.

I am still seething over my trip to this shop. The floor was dirty, there were seatless benches piled along one wall, and the shelves were empty of products. In one small case there were maybe two dozen cupcakes and a couple gingerbread cookies, none of which were decorated with any imagination or flare -- I could do much better myself. On the counter were maybe a half dozen dusty-looking cake pops and a few more cupcakes that I would be ashamed to serve. The young woman working was very nice and polite, but she couldn't sell what wasn't there. Calls to the store (which turns out not to even have a phone, and the number is to the owner's cell phone) resulted in just an answering machine. Multiple requests for a call back were a waste of my breath. I will NEVER return to this business, and I'm thinking it isn't going to last long with this level of customer service ..... I wish I had read the other reviews before I wasted my time going to this shop!

Canceled on us the night before the party. I don't know if the cake is good or not, because we didn't get to try it. Poorly managed, rude, and unreliable. Do business somewhere else.

This is a poorly managed shop that ran business in the front of what looked like a empty office space. No display case for cake pops, no display for cupcakes, no drinks, no menu on the walls or any pictures anywhere. I pulled up at 9 a.m. as their website and the Yelp site said they opened at 9 a.m. and no one was there. So I bought cookies across the street and killed time and came back at 10 a.m. Still no lights and no one at the door. I did a little grocery shopping and came back at 10:17 and finally there was someone sitting at the sad little desk. I ordered a dozen cake pops and asked for the ones I saw on their background. The man at the desk had no idea what I was talking about and even when I pulled up their website, he had to take notes and sketch out a rough draft with a pen. Sad...just sad. He most certainly didn't have any answers for any of the questions I had for him and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Now here's my problem with them: they changed their hours and location without calling their customers who had orders that needed to be picked up. I unfortunately wasted 3 trips to their shop located in a cupcake shop only to see a closed store, no sign and all during business hours. During the fourth visit, there was a sign posted on the door letting the world know they moved. Awesome. No message on their voicemail, no call to let customers who had standing orders they closed and were moving locations and nothing posted on their website at the time. After trying to two weeks, I've finally given up on picking up my order and went with a cake from Safeway after all. At least they're open and they pick up their phone.
