i tried to go in there tonight to order food and not only wouldn’t they let me order and it was thirty minutes before 8 but wouldn’t let me order you have ur kids making out in the lobby and by your kitchen ur kid staff who is watching these teenagers why is it them making out was more impressive then my food i will never come here again

I didn't eat, but i did get the Boba tea. It was after 1, 1 person waiting for their food and I still had to wait. They seemed to be a bit overwhelmed in the drive-through.

The food is average but the staff are friendly and always have smiles! Kudos to the management for enforcing customer service standards. The majority of the region does not.

Restaurant is open but will not assist delivery orders. Doors are locked. You call and it goes to voicemail yet they have their phone literally in hand. Drive thru they aren’t helping either.

Just wanted to kill a few minutes while waiting for a prescription to get filled at King Soopers, so stopped here to get a snack. Ordered onion rings, curly fries and a medium drink. It was like $13 and I only got like 5 onion rings! Fries weren’t impressive either. What a disappointment, I won’t be doing that again. Total waste of money.

The girl with the waist length braids freely swinging all over the kitchen no net no hair tied back certainly needs some training in customer service.

Ordered value drink, $1.79, and rang up for small, $2.79. Drink was on the menu, but two different employees could not find the correct key to push. Really had to push for the refund. It should not have to be that hard.
Has now been three days, the "refund" that they supposedly put in, has never materialized. I had to stand there at the counter and wait for them to finally address the issue, and it turns out it was again a lie. Been going to Jack in the box since early 70's. I think you may have lost another customer due to poor customer service.
Parking: Employees all parking right in front of the door. So customers have to park further away. Any job that I ever worked that had walk in customers, we had to park at the back of the lot, so customers had as easy access as possible.

The employees are completely out of alignment. They have no organization or leadership. They are tearing apart and repackaging food right at the bagging station. Never in my life have I been so nervous about eating food. This store need to be thoroughly cleaned and restaffed

Very disappointed with my recent visit. Ordered jalapeno poppers. They were alright. Over-priced. For sure. The small coffee was the best of the items I purchased. That's not good. The hash browns were very greasy and seemed smaller than I remember. Also ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich. It was skimpy and excessively greasy as well. Truly running out of words to describe how bad some of these places are. I will just conclude by stating that I will not be back and I wouldn't recommend this place for slopping your hogs...

Thank god these people are only in charge of making burgers! Holy crap! I waited almost 30 minutes to get an online order I made 10 mins prior to showing up! They do not acknowledge one single person that walks in! You literally have to FLAG somebody down! Acting like they’re working to hard to see you! Please!!! Just expect to wait and be ignored when you come here!

Does anybody believe in customer service anymore?! Nobody acknowledged me while I was at the counter. I felt invisible. There should always be someone at the front counter greeting customers and taking orders. If they are busy, ACKNOWLEDGE ME with a greeting and a "we'll be right with you"
